Omooloriredade:
At All, I'm not suggesting anyone to jump into Japaul o. There is a process involved and your investment timeline may be out of sync with the process.

Most importantly, success is not guaranteed. As with all things exploration, time, luck with mother earth and capital are major factors.

Also consider that market revaluation is not done when outcome is known. The market uses a sliding scale method to value a stock/project/company as the project is derisked.

Disclaimer- Please do not buy or sell Japaul based on my posts.
Going back to one of my posts on Japaul (a potential MH stock just like Oando so please be guided). I'm not suggesting anyone should buy or sell o.

Oando has quietly veered into Solid minerals mining (Lithium, Bitumen and Gold). They refer to it as "Mining & Infrastructure Development". This unit is led by Ayo Ajose-Adeogun. Currently carrying out community consultations in Kwara in the lead up to Lithium exploration in the state. They were silent on the results of their 2023 drill campaign in Ogun state. How dare you withold such detail from shareholders, Oando?

2022 - N0.6B spent on exploration related activities.
2023 - N3B spent on exploration related activities.
2024 - N1.6B spent on exploration related activies as at Q2. On track to surpass 2023 expenditure.

It is good to see the Majors dabble into solid mineral mining and increasing budgetary spending YOY. It augurs well for an underdeveloped industry largely dominated by artisal miners. You need to spend big money to really gain traction in this industry.

Like I mentioned in an earlier post, luck from mother nature is not to be underestimated.

This is just a "Watch-this-space" kinda post and in no way suggesting anyone should buy or sell Oando / Japual.

By the way, speaking of Oando. Y'all should check out their revamped website. Could the change be real? DYOR o.

They are also venturing into Solar, Wind, Waste to energy, Bio fuel ati bebelo cheesy

They also won below award on Tuesday at the Africa Energy Week.

Anything can happen in the market!
Sticking to a particular target price could be very sticky!
Oando's sudden price drop in 3 days should be an eye-opener and a wake up call.

No available reserves to do that now, unless they are able to churn out some massive profits to wipe out the negative equity.

Don't get confused. The stock is consolidating.

You wouldn't have seen that comment if Japaul closed on full bid today.

It's quite unfortunate it's happening this way.

50 kobo or N1 doable out of 2024 EPS that stood at N5.04 in H1, to demonstrate their recovery is on course and to appease shareholders that asked the question last year at the AGM

2024 EPS should be greater than N10
Re: Nigerian Stock Exchange Market Pick Alerts by KarlTom: 3:02pm On Nov 07, 2024
DIV payment won't prove the bolded as much as a massive reduction in outstanding loans and borrowings...

My bet is on 2025 for DIV wink

Will be too much asking to expect dividend in 2024. 2025 would be a bit more realistic.

People want to see how they can successfully recapitalize first.

It showed up in the market again today with the usual miserable volume (149,263) in 7 deals and left with the usual gain (9.92%).

What's cooking here? What's the destination?

Oando is the Apex share on the NGX. Its fan base is the largest... Liquity is super and volatility is perfect for day traders.

Just within 3hrs, the 20,000 units I bought at ₦59+ today is already up by over 15% ROI. I am good with a profit of 25% which could happen tomorrow.

These are the stocks I day-trade due to their good trading range, liquidity and volatility

1. First Bank
2. UBA
3. Oando
4. Aradel

The weekly swings is superb.
I also successfully day traded for the first time today and made 17%. Its so sweet.

DEAPCAP is not in the league if you've been following happenings there.
Don't bother to ask me more about it.

I just looked up the coy. Paper printing. In 2024?😬 Nice client base though.
Oh well, they've just had the best revenue in over 4 years FY23. Net profit still short, but improved Y on Y. That's how much I looked at it. Can be illiquid too.

Please, does anyone know what is going on with African Prudentials, the registrar for TRANSCORP? All the units of TRANSCORP I had before the reconstruction is missing. I keep sending messages without any satisfactory response cry cry

True. Massive reduction in outstanding loans especially the relatively more expensive ones is better than dividend payments . As it will make them grow eps faster and come out of negative equity faster.

Maybe you had another broker with some units. If so, then they might have sent it there.

You most likely have more than one broker. Have you checked your various stockbroker CSCS statements?

Hello, I'm thinking if it possible for dangote to amend his agreement with NNPC? Also can dangote force NNPC to sell their stake in the refinery since it does not make any sense for nnpc to keep importing fuel whereas they have 7.2% ownership in Dangote refinery?

I think not only is NNPC (meaning the Federal Government) not interested in their 7.2% stake in the Dangote Refinery, but they are not interested in seeing the refinery itself survive. I think Alhaji better go and hire a crack team of international oil marketers to help him source global markets for his products so that he does not go bankrupt before 2027.
