From this picture, if I get them right, I can get a loan equal 100% of my stock portfolio using my mutual fund as a collateral or using the stock account balance as a collateral? Which of the 2?
Reason why am asking is because I have both mutual fund account with them and stock account.
So if I have 10m in mutual fund and 10m stock portfolio, will I be able to access 20m using both accounts as collateral?

It will largely depend on repayment plan. For traders who wan to pay back from trading with the funds, the risks are much higher. For someone who plans to liquidate with cash flow from independent sources, the risk is probably non-existent.
