I was about to come tag you and tell you this lol
Their Limit order is still a bit strange. I placed a limit order to buy Oando shares at ₦66... It debited me and the price today didn't get to ₦66 but there is no way to cancel the order.

The order seem lost...

It will probably do the way trove does

By past 3
if your order truly failed, they will reverse it, at least that's how trove does and I'm sure bamboo will do same

Like how many days does Trove take to reverse orders that failed?

The price got to 66 intraday, though with scanty offers, before moving back up.
Yours might have been filled in the process and not necessarily lost.
Check after close of biz.

Meanwhile, close to 12m units of OANDO was done in transactions today........
Someone somewhere or an entity somewhere is buying from the look of things and the movement..

If your order is partially filled, you can't cancel.
Your account will return to normal after trading and you will have the true balance of your account.

Definitely something was bought at 66 for you

Thank you sis
I actually sent mail to iatanda@dlm.group but no response till date

yMcy56:
Think I gave you the DLM link to register with?
Ok. For now, there's no implication whatsoever for opening with a new CHN......
A time MAY however come that merger of accounts under one single CHN may happen or be mandated (I think this was advocated for or proposed sometimes ago).....but until then, you may continue to use it if you so wish.

As for closing the account, I don't think that can be possible, if you dont use it, it will just be there.

If you however wish to open another one with your present CHN, maybe if trying to forestall possible future palaver on same CHN usage, you can consider DLM Group.

How long will it take my brokers for it to reflect in my portfolio ? Or are they doing selective crediting of account. See the rate at which people is offloading UCAP. sad

I opened my 2nd account with Atlas portfolio, I specifically told them that I have CHN already and want to use it for the new account opening. A new account was finally opened after 3days of reminders with a new CHN, I have sent mails to them requesting that I use my first CHN and no response whatsoever. Can I tell them to close the account?, thank God I have not funded yet. Any implication?
@Mercy
you should have entered ur old CHN while filling the form. Maybe u left it blank. I just opened an account and filled my CHN and all went well. I also funded the account and in 20 minutes, the wallet was credited and i have carried out transactions already.

maybe the customer service is terrible from all i can read here. i am yet to find that out. But from their website, i tried chatting with them and no response for more than 36 hours

First time I am hearing this.
This has denied me so many opportunities by trapping my funds till the next trading day.

why are people like this?? ?? ?? ??

instead of OJT to just do the needful by being straight (with other stakeholders) with a clear communication, he is resorting to whitewashing to cover a questionable behaviours.

for me its only a sign that he has not learnt anything with his nearly a decade near oblivion

Don't know if it is more hilarious than being disgusting.

I really don't know why they would think that this is the way to go. Who would listen to Pooja for investment decisions? Wasting money on frivolities rather than just doing the basic things.

Please note that most of the software all the stockbroking firm use for their trading account only reflects buy and sell activities and not holdings from bonuses.

However, you can instruct your stockbroker to credit your trading account with your bonus shares.
Bonuses are credited to your cscs account not trading account, also note that you don't need to wait for your bonus shares to reflect in your trading account before you can sell. An investor can sell any holdings in cscs even if it's not showing on the trading account and it will go through.

Something is brewing could mean anything...

I am not denying the shambolic management issues.
Don't you think it is abnormal [and unusual] for such a company to undertake such kindergarten PR stunt ?

Anyway, my ears are on the ground... wink

My Oga i hear youuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuu

you dont need to go far, all that is brewing is the debt/ bond OJT want to raise and hence he cannot afford any negative publicity until that is bedded. I am also positive the debt/bond is coming from outside the country (given his antecedent which would make local be quite wary and the size >500b/1 trillion) hence he is on overdrive for good publicity
Re: Nigerian Stock Exchange Market Pick Alerts by Raider76: 6:13pm On Nov 11, 2024
Guess what will be price of Oando in April 2025 if (i) Q3 2024 is disappointing (ii) no Q4 2024 results (iii) no talk of dividend, (iv) no new acquisitions.

N977 million worth of Flour Mills of Nigeria shares traded today, I think something is about to happen in FMN.

Probably the buyout price will be reviewed upward

The person exiting doesn't want to take the upward review?
Why do we always assume the buy is right?

Let us keep watch and monitor what is going on or coming from the ENI oil fields (which is E&P) and the Okpai power plants. The
E&P segment/sector yields the highest profit margin (%) for Seplat, Aradel and Oando itself so what will be coming from the ENI fields will be very key. But Oando may have to do some staff rationing/right sizing in the nearest future in order to maximise the gains from the acquisition because of ENI staff .

The probability of i and ii is very low say 20% because of debt/bond it want to raise within same period and the negative effect of such on the raise

The probability of iii is 100%. nobody should count on dividend until the debt raise is concluded, effectively meaning no dividend in 2015

IV would depend on the success of the debt raise. If successful, you can be rest assured there wld be acquisition as it heads into 2016. If not successful then i struggle to see where payment for any acquisition wld come from
