You can sell if you think your BP is rising nah. smiley
OANDO is coming for fund raising, we don't know at what price yet but there may be pumping when the time is coming near......
Not any form of certainty that there'll be pumping but highly likely once the price is determined....
Again, not still sure of the means of fund raising, may be in form of Bond or equity or both......not limited to private/strategic investment.

** Not any form of advice pls**
Shouldn't there be an AGM to appeove fundraising?

Lol.
Once these guys are ready forget o....
They knows how to go about it and make it happen.

When UBA fixed RI for 35 and was announced when trading below 28, they knew how they moved the price above 30....
UBA dey make profit and declare dividend ooo, so the market would always cooperate with whatever they decide to do.
Alternatively, Oando can obtain shareholders approval to go for private placement if they know where to get the money without coming to the larger market. If they come to the public market, many issues/questions would be raised which they may not be able to answer, unless it is on the heels of very good Q1 or H1 2025 performance report.

the 2023 AFS stated that they intend to wrap up bond in Q4 2024 ( i doubt if this is possible again) then thereafter follow up with equity

meaning they are looking at maybe H2 2025 or early 2026 for the equity part (when some result reflecting ENI's purchase would have reflected in result).

Oando already took some loans in 2024. Their ability to manage and pull through 2024 is even a surprise to many. But the interest finance costs is becoming a huge drain on the profits.

The debt raise (bond) is to pay down on some of the expensive loans procured earlier in the year to close the ENI deal (check the notes to AFS 2023)

But the ENI deal was executed with loans from Afrexim Bank, with more favourable rates and terms.
The debt raise may rather be to settle other expensive, commercial loans that were taken for working capital support and operations.

You also saw how Proshare tweak and polish old stories to look new? That should tell you there's an agenda to it and Proshare has a dog or is being used by other dogs in the fight.

I will sit tight and follow the season film titled "Oando"
This could be one of the thorny issues that may be raised if Oando decides to do an equity fund-raise without putting some clarity and finality to the matter. Although an equity raise (from the public) is more or less a confirmation that they are no longer delisting.

UCAP bounced back from -10% down at the open.
Support the notion that those who held to take the bonus were long termers.
Many of these shares are just displaying "yoyo" movement..

True. No clear direction yet. Perhaps the movers and shakers of the market are still accumulating.

If shellholders refuse to let Oando delist from the NGX, Oando will delete the shellholders by PP capital raising. By delisting or by deleting, shellholders shall not be part of the goldmine, sorry. grin

Let's say Oando has 10B shares

Do a 100B PP offer (or collect a convertible loan Lol)

That leaves shellholders with < 10% of the company.

You can use your shares as collateral security for loans

The loan can be used to buy shares or to invest in your personal business.

Talk to your stockbroker or bank

This one is beyond hilarious. Who do you think will be the chieftains of those PP investors? Of course the cowbois by themselves, to the limit they're allowed by law as individuals, and then further, thro their holding entities. That a company is broke does not mean that the cowbois are broke.
