Poor me. I am only interested in Oando right now because it, and maybe Aradel, fit my trading plan. I try to trade only one or two stocks at a time. The stock should have high liquidity and volatility, and I go in with almost all of my capital for quick 10% to 20% gain. Oando gives me that right now. Of course occasionally I error and get trapped in some stocks, like recently in UCAP and TRANSPOWER. But my entry into them was consistent with my basic trading plan.

I don't fall in or out of love with a stock, and won't fight anyone for writing pro or against any stock. If you read my recent posts on Oando you may call some against and some pro depending on your disposition. But I don't mean it to be. Last week I made a quick 17% on Oando. I am just looking for a similar setup. And my posts are just to sound people up to see if my predictions are right.

So if we are banned from talking of Oando I will be left in the cold sort of. I know there are other stocks that can give me my trading setup, such as the banks, but I can't predict the banks right now. So please pardon me if I keep posting on Oando.

Of course I saw when one person came to clear the offers at N2.91.....
After sometimes with no activities and bids not filled for more days due to illiquidity, I just carry face commot from there. I mentioned it to 2 pple.
If to say it was mentioned here, you for don possibly say i don bring another monkey come. 😊

I stopped chasing after being on queue for so many days without getting to buy because of it's liquidity. The 20,000 units I managed to get before giving up has already crossed the 100% mark.

It is now all eyes on the daily volume.

Me, I saw the offer, over 2m or 5m units, can't remember now, the owner just abandoned it there permanently........so, with my tashere fund, kept bidding at circa 2.60/2.65..…...
I've done my DD before then and just felt "this stock is ok for this price", mentioned it to someone to also check it out......
Then, one of those days while on queue, boom someone else came to pick all.......as not much volume was forthcoming thereafter, I just carried face..😁

Oando already took some loans in 2024. Their ability to manage and pull through 2024 is even a surprise to many. But the interest finance costs is becoming a huge drain on the profits.

Just to be clear, my post is not an attack and not entirely addressed to you. You may find my comment to be unrelated to your post:

I wouldn't read too much into it. CBO capital has been selling down their holdings for a while and gave the reasons why. Most importantly, they are not selling to retail (as such) but to instos (that's how MBC securities came on board). That's the difference between flooding the market with sales leading to drop in SP. You would observe Ellah Lakes SP has been in an upward trajectory inspite of this announcement by CBO earlier in the year. Volume and price action tells a story.

Also, Chuka Mordi is not selling down his stake per se. He is actually increasing his stake via Blackman & Co where he is a director along with his brother Emeka Mordi. DYOR.

Additional, there is no greater vote of confidence in a company than for a director to sacrifice a portion of his salary for shares in the company. It demonstrates passion, commitment and confidence in the prospects of the company.

Like I mentioned in my previous post on Ellah Lakes, the company is on the right path Operationally and Strategically.
