Majority shareholder wasn't involved, it was clearly stated that they won't be voting during the AGM, so I think the majority shareholder was somehow silent, if not, minority won't easily have their way....
Majority would have dictated the direction.

Another good thing (which scared people intially), is that WTH won't be deducted!!

I just hope this commitment and strength to reject the proposal by Management would be replicated and the SEC would not shortchange investors.
If Oando should try the nonsense delisting, lets hope the shareholders who bought at lesser prices e.g. N20 and below would not outweigh those who bought at much higher prices and compromise the votes.
Oando should be made to pay a very heavy price.
