FlourMills PLC is definitely worth nothing less than NGN150 to NGN200 at the minimum per share. The major investors of foreign Nationalities are trying to rip off Nigerian investors.

For a company that has a wide spectrum of products which touch every facet of the human life, to incubating a power plant, being a major contributor to delivery of sugar to the local market with a huge participation in the localisation of sugar production in Nigeria, aggressively focused on expansion plans into Africa as well as delivering more export terminals initiatives across Africa, they can certainly do a lot better.

I heard they lost their retail to Oando. Also, they no longer enjoy fuel monopoly, do you still think it will still worth it after all these?
NNPC actually acquired (bought over) Oando retail outlets, that is why you see NNPC in all the filling stations that used to be Oando. Hence, NNPC now has the largest number of retail filling stations in Nigeria.

These are the lies and misleading reports that were churned out by some media houses, maybe due to ignorance, deliberate mischief, politics, propaganda etc.
The same newspaper later issued a revised report stating that NNPC now owns the retail filling stations
The truth is this: NNPC is the owner of all former Oando stations. Oando does not operate filling stations anymore.

They keep complaining of being over-taxed
by the government. This was a verbal statement from it's public relations Officer since 5 years ago. I was there. You may note that National Breweries is also struggling. The country ('religionists') is being too harsh to breweries.
I took this picture at International Breweries, Badagry, Lagos.

The only saving grace we highlighted here that time works well now....
Shareholders' voting power! 🙌

Now some other ones planning delisting should better learn from here! 😁

If OANDO like, let them talk about delisting again, they wont part with anything less than N300 😁

WAPIC exit also stalled......guess shareholders also refused the 0.69 buyout price...
Source: https://www.channelstv.com/2024/11/14/just-in-nnpcl-reaches-1-8m-barrels-per-day-crude-oil-production/

NNPCL hits 1.8m barrels per day!
What could be the possible impact on the crude oil production numbers coming from NNPC JV partners like Seplat, Oando, Aradel etc?
