I would advice married women not to drop any comments here as regards the question.

Because these Yeye men are out to attack you
No emotional intelligence

In the minds of these NL men, whether na regret of married men or regrets of married women everything equals to the WOMAN responsible for the regret and they won’t hold back to spite the woman. Very nonsense set of disgusting gender here
Some of us need the clues to up our game.
So far, I enjoyed insights provided by thatigbogirl4NL.

Marry who you're attracted to in all ways, desperation shouldn't push you to marry who's available and ready to do the needful. In a long run, you'll feel irritated and disgusted in whatever he does and nothing he does to please you will please you.

7 years now I have been out of marriage, and to be perfectly honest I have no regrets or whatsoever being a divorcee. This years of being alone has been the best years of my life. I am not going to say I inclined to celibacy these years, I do it, mainly to kill the urge but not emotionally attached to whoever is shagging.

To me, Marriage isn't worth it at all. It's simply overrated. I regret ever getting myself involved in this nonsense. I was probably naive then , I can't blame myself much.
I'm not surprised that all, seeing the comments you make here on this site.

I'm sure for most of them their biggest regrets will be marrying for money (and then finding out the money is not really there) instead of the one they truly loved.
Hahahaha! Yes! You are right . Then comes the disappointment and regret which will further escalate to frustration and bitterness.. you know the end result . Kai! It's not good to marry with that expectation in mind sha!
Well! A moment of silence for all those that fall into this category

The most honest truth I have ever heard so far
A lot of women marry who is available and end up to be unhappy , then go about doing a lot of things to be happy .

MARRIAGE BENEFITS ONLY THE WOMEN AND ITS ONLY A FOOLISH MAN THAT WILL RUSH INTO MARRIAGE.
DEAR MEN,THE GREATEST MISTAKE ANY MAN CAN MAKE IS TO MARRY A JOBLESS WOMAN.IF YOU LIKE CUT YOUR HEAD,YOU WILL SURELY REGRET AT LAST.

ANY WOMAN THAT CAN NOT CONTRIBUTE AT LEAST 30% INTO ANY RELATIONSHIP,DONT WASTE YOUR TIME OR ELSE VILLAGE PEOPLE WILL DANCE SKELEWU ON YOUR HEAD.
I AM MAN OF ALMOST 50YRS AND I AM TALKING FROM EXPERIENCE.

If you are married. Stop picking up necessary calls from female folks in the name of you are a Pastor, you are doing Counselling session. For single and married ladies and women. If you no want katakata, let your wife be part of the counselling session. Sometimes.

Weather WhatsApp video call session. Keep her in the know, keep her abreast...
Imagine all your counseling appointments are 90 percent ladies. Physical and on phone
Keep deceiving your self

That female company you enjoyed during your single pastor prenuer day. Marriage will adjust some excesses oo

Don't say this woman you married want to spoil your ministry or calling. Carry her along

U can be in sister lagbaja house by 8pm that iu are doings prayers and counseling. On in she is with you at pastors office at a pm hour. Is not like you are even a GO.

Na only women be yr counselling clientshuh
Uncle stop deceiving your self...
Ur phone rings 80percent woment. WhatsApp chat 90oercent women...

No matter how clean ur intentions are. U are wrong. Because u are also vulnerable
Don't say ooo my wife is insecure, she does trust me. She is accusing me bla bla
Ur wife is complaining.

U said she is a weapon fashion against your ministry...

Uncle keep deceiving ur self. U know what you are doing
If she too start ministry dey counsel only men.

Your Manly Ego go rebuke her

That's how Pastor your pastor Lagbaja wife. Carry her little girl and load
pack commot for husband house after 3yrs of marriage...
You can not do single lifestyle.

Na so my ex...chat me. Baby oku u don dey fat small small oo.
Me married woman, u still address me as baby oku. I quickly blocked the undisciplined idoma 39 year onye ashi. Upon say guy don marry. E still dey chat nonsense.
Married folks should just know when to draw d line

To any spiritual clergy that is single now. Adjust this Lifestyle before you marry. Else you will regret it

God bless you Sir

I wouldn't say it's a regret, but I'm someone who easily gets home sick and I sometimes wish I wasn't married to someone who lives far from home.
So you want to stay close to your ex once again. Your husband is lucky to be living far away to avoid fathering another's child.

Better woman no dey Nairaland. The females you’ll see creating made-up opinions have longer phalluses than most of the males here.

Lol... I don't have many exes hey, I only have one from high school and him and I were never even intimate... Last time I heard, he had moved to another province and that was years ago.

Marrying for true love even when he had nothing. Marrying a spouse you love and he doesn't love you too as you do and constantly cheats and hurt you so you gotta give up.

Truly, being single gives peace of mind. Serving God with all your heart gives peace of mind and help to avoid the chaos of marriage.

Your first sentence negates your last.

You advised that women should get married to whom they are attracted to and in the same breath, "marriage isn't worth it at all", according to you.

I want to believe you got divorced from your husband not because you prolly weren't attracted to him; but because marriage isn't your thing. You got tired of him. You got tired of marriage. You decided out. You wanted to be free. You didn't want to be accountable to anyone for the life you wished to live.

Question is: why did you decide to marry the poor guy when you knew "marriage isn't worth it"? Oh! You just wanted to have kids with him, ditch him, and start exploring life.

Not good at all!
no where did she mention kids. It's how a lot of you jump into conclusions. Someone said she regrets marriage and that is based on her experience, respect that

Married people pls grow, self development is key
In your dressing, sex game, appearance career etc..

Don't let your spouse outgrow you

It's not a competition.

It a healthy aspiration.
Don't be tying wrapper at home bcuz of children wahalla while he is travelling Lagos, Abuja, Accra and UK attending conferences

And crossing path with classic Porche ladies
One day he will quietly outgrow you
Stay home mum, don't eat and get floppy belle christian mother hand, poor skin care. Be very intentional oo Abt ur appearance and career path. Men are moved by what they see

The world is fast paced

Good for you sad

You're angry you can't manipulate your husband?
Just leave him and become a single mother. You'll get what you're looking for. Your mentor is above u, check.
No mind them! Nigerian men of this generation are so unfortunate to have 're.tards with inordinate entitlement mentality as wives! Just imagine their comments! ..what are the shrinks in Nigeria doing for heaven's sakes? Where are the psychiatrists?
