Upwards or downwards? I want to get a good long term entry price, as well as also qualifying for the dividend. Was hoping to get an average cost of 400 before Wednesday

I need some clarification how will they determine those to be paid N86 .Is there a qualification date to use to determine this.l saw in the scheme of arrangement record date as 25th September 2024 and closure of register date as 25 - 27 September 2024.

For example l bought some units on 25 September 2024 will l be listed in the register l am asking because of the T +3 days that is used for settlement date

Don't bother yourself of dates. Every shareholder that has the shares before the stock is placed on suspension when the delisting is taking place proper will be paid off. All minority shareholders will be settled.

The Court Ordered Meeting just took place on 14th November, so there's no way September dates can be used.
The AGM resolution needs be approved by SEC and appropriate authorities (who ordered that the meeting be held in the first place).
The resolution has been submitted to NGX/SEC... ...and upon approval, trading in the stock will be placed on hold/suspension...
Closure of register will follow and all registered minority holders after Closure of Register will be paid off (N86/share).
The pay off will take place within 14 days.......according to FMN/Excelsior.

You really don't understand Kobo, Kobo stocks
A lot of traders accumulated it at ₦2.30 the lowest price of the day. Those that are ok with the price readily sold.
Same with etranzact you won't see any buyer on queue but you can still get to sell it

That is why I always feel sad when I see people apparently celebrating when a company, especially one as significant as FMN, pays a small premium and delist. They are only interested in the one time payment they get, but not bothered about the reduction in our market's capitalization.

Lenders are smart, immediately the company started planning for delisting FMN will not be acceptable as collateral again.

You will be expected to present another collateral or you liquidate the debt
