Ever since I became a catholic member,I enjoyed the church I enjoy the mass, preaching etc. But I have been watching videos that is talking bad about catholic. I always ignore those videos till I come across this video that the link is at the Bossom. Is this history in the video is true, like am confused. Am I right being a catholic remember

Is it history real. Like, this is surprising

History has nothing to do with your salvation rather your salvation hings on what you choose to do after knowing the truth about Christ and his kingdom, no matter where you come from or your former beliefs what matters to God is how you respond to the truth you heard.
The Catholic Church is the oldest religion among those claiming Christians today the only problem is that they refused to make changes after being shown their errors instead they were killing anyone who speaks the truth back then until America declared freedom of speech, freedom of expression and freedom of worship before then whoever speaks against the church will be executed and if any group or city tries to protect such a person that city will be destroyed this is what the Catholics called CRUSADE during the dark ages.
So there are many false teachings in Catholic Church and since the church fathers refused to welcome corrections protests began which led to the birth of several religions today all of them claiming Christians that's why the Catholics refers to other churches as Protestants.
Christ has returned in the year 1914 and his blessing is upon a group that welcomed all the corrections he brought today they are known globally as Jehovah's Witnesses and yes most people hate them just as Jesus foretold about his true followers {Matthew 24:9} even though many can't say exactly why they hate Jehovah's Witnesses but we know the reason behind such hatred so we keep praying for them! Luke 6:27-28

the catholic church and many churches have false teachings, just as sects like the so called Jehovah's witnesses do,
the catholic church preach more about mary than about Jesus and Father God

and the so called Jehovah's witnesses make repeated false prophecies /false date settings etc.
they say Jesus returned at various dates, you see maxindhouse said Jesus returned in 1914
false jw's also said Jesus came in 1874

You are not going to hell because you are Catholic, you are going to hell because you are guilty of many sins.

Catholic church helps you go to hell because they lead you to do the very things that takes you to hell while telling you that it is alright to do so..

And this is aside the lies that they create and contort to keep you in their grasps.

this is why someone I just suggest that is it better for a person to be a self christian like many church are discriminated; catholic,Jws,RCCG, Winners,MFM etc.

He was against the religion of Judaism which was practiced by His very own people, a religion upon which the Roman Catholic and eventually the Christian movement of today are famously modeled. So, it is false to link Jesus Christ of Israel to any religious movement that existed during his time or even today.

His Church— assembly of those connected to Him— consists of all those, born from their mother's womb of the blood of Jacob, who would then become citizens of His Kingdom by becoming born-again. He, as ruler over all the citizens described Himself as the Vine upon which all branches(citizens) are to be carved from.

The fact is, none of your religious movements have their foundations in the person of Jesus Christ of Israel, and all attempts to link themselves are born of claims that have no bearing in Scripture or His Truth.

i don't know what you mean by "self christian" but if you mean a person not attached to any chiurch, yet believes God, then, no problem.

I don't know why you chose to use the word "discriminated" rather, any church that has parted from God's Command, will be condemned, and all these churches you named have their own lies they sold and corpses in wardrobes.

I can not fathom how any grown up, person would imagine that his church would save him. If you are already not savable, then no one or chiurch can save you.

I have heard such allegations a thousand times while i was still studying the Bible with Jehovah's Witnesses before becoming one of them.

What i'm asking you is not how they were accused but to quote one of their publications in which it's written word for word e.g.

On the 21th of November 2024 RAPTURE will take place!

Or

RAPTURE will happen on the 21th of November 2024!

What i've noticed in people's version of what JWs said in their publications not exactly what they said which means it's what people thought they said not exactly what they said.

For instance John the baptist and Jesus of Nazareth both said in the first century:

"Repent for God's Kingdom is at hand" Matthew 3:2; 4:17

Any listener could translate what they said as God's Kingdom will come in the next five to ten years.

Jesus also told a disciple:

“I am the resurrection and the life. The one who exercises faith in me, even though he dies, will come to life; and everyone who is living and exercises faith in me will never die at all. Do you believe this?” John 11:25-26

Any listener can interpret this as Jesus saying all those believing in him that day will never die again! John 21:22-23

So try to quote what was written in their book word for word.

What do you guys think about this video

Believe you have been saved by the blood of Jesus but the most important thing is your relationship with your Creator. Even if you happened to be Jesus contemporary and you didn't have a smooth relationship with Him, then you should understand what the end would be. I don't want to write a negative statement. Just continue in the strait path, endure with Jesus. Pray in his name to the Father of all, Yahweh.

Just imagine what happened to Jesus' disciples in the first century:

Jesus said to (Peter): “If it is my will for (John) to remain until I come, of what concern is that to you? You continue following me.” So the saying went out among the brothers that this disciple would not die. However, Jesus did not say to him that he would not die, but he said: “If it is my will for him to remain until I come, of what concern is that to you?” John 21:22-23

Note the rumor that was going about in the first century even among Jesus' disciples, does that not tell you that there is a big difference between what is said and what people thought?

NEITHER JUSTIFY YOURSELF NOR YOUR CHURCH. Fulfilment of prophecy is not based on human calculations. God's supremacy made Jesus himself to say he didn't know the time of his return. If you believe he returned in the 1914, why is sin becoming more? Why are so many troubles since then? Why are there no peace on earth? I can equally say he returned 15 years ago based on what I saw. Has rapture taken place let alone his millennium reign on earth? Has tribulation taken place? Where is the physical appearance of the beast in human form? Has the ONE WORLD GOVERNMENT taken place? Search the Scriptures yourself!
