If it's target savings, you can break it Sha but fixed deposit, I doubt it

Why didn't you use the cashbox option, mutual fund option? That's much better and money is easily withdrawable

so I tried using my bank app but, it was having some technical issues.
I was so vexed in my spirit until, I remembered I hard some money on my fixed deposit in palmpay.
I have like up to nine (9) plans in total of each been nothing less than 50k . So breaking one of them won't
be any issues since I planed on returning it as soon as my first bank app start's working.
But, to my utmost dismay palmpay refused to give me my money back.
Each time I tried I kept getting this "oops nonsense reply".
Lol, palmpay don run me street.

Which begs the question.
Is palmpay some kind of scam or what ?"
