so it's food that makes people to become fat, not hereditary and genetics. If it's na by food the slim or thin people actually consumes more food the most, yet they are still slim.

I am just trying to say that if majority of fat people are caused by overeating then it is fair an reasonable to say that most fat people are fat by choice, only a small percentage of fat people are caused by genetics or eating disorders

I know a lot of people who eat a lot like me, but never gain weight... Even though I'm a picky eater, but if you fill the fridge with the kind of food that I like, I will clear your entire fridge, but still remain the same size... ... I don't even have any belly fat... You will look at your fridge, look at me, and wonder where the food has gone... ... I also have a sister that is like me and she also has three kids, but she's still very slim.

The same way I know some people who are extremely fat, but don't eat much.

Some women have pregnancy fat and are struggling to lose weight because they've never been familiar with the gym before.

And some people are just going through a lot out there, as a result, they use food as comfort rather than resorting to drugs or alcohol... That's where the eating disorder begins.
