I disagree with you. Do you how many times they had promised the refinery would start working? The government had given different uncountable dates for refining of petroleum products, that the citizens doubt anything they say. Until it starts real production and tankers starts loading, no more lies and propaganda Bovis: |

OANDO So, Annual General Meeting is coming up on the 17th of December, 2024 Wonder why nobody has mentioned the attached Resolution 3 under the SPECIAL BIZ..... **Is OANDO planning bonus Issue? OR, Debt to Equity conversion? ** Either way, it's looking more like positive action coming from the company.... Restructuring is coming!** ** Some receivables owed O&O to be converted to shares and then distribute to shareholders...... Something like Oando shareholders also becoming shareholders in those companies......some kind of additional shares to be distributed to O&O shareholders?? Accounting gurus, over to you o......and don't bother to comment if you're coming with your negative mindset. 😁 https://doclib.ngxgroup.com/Financial_NewsDocs/42646_OANDO_PLC-_NOTICES_OF_ANNUAL_GENERAL_MEETING_(AGM)_-__ANNUAL_GENERAL_MEETING_(AGM)_NOVEMBER_2024.pdf

mikeapollo:And when it pack up, that is when you will rejoice? Let's celebrate every little gains. At least we now have 2 refineries (FG and Private) working and many more to come. |
| Re: Nigerian Stock Exchange Market Pick Alerts by mikeapollo: 6:16pm On Nov 26, 2024 |
yMcy56:So, how would Oando distribute new shares to its existing shareholders, and then turn around to delist same shares in a short while within the same year? Na witchcraft dem want start to practice? This could be the clearest indication that they are not delisting, if my interpretation is right. If this works to the benefit of shareholders, then Year2025 go loud gaan! |

designking:We should rather wait and celebrate when we operate the refinery successfully for at least year, then we can mark the annual anniversaries. But not to be making merry and noises right now. It is too early to pop champagne. Dangote has just built his refineries in less than 10 years, while FGN/NNPC has been doing TAM for almost 30 years! So what is the big deal if the PH refinery is now able to refine crude? By the way, it is Buhari who awarded the contract for the repair and overhaul of the PH refinery and he deserves the credit, not Tinubu! Tinubu's own project is the poorly thought-out, corruption-laded Lagos-Calabar Highway which he awarded to his cronies in Hitech! |

mikeapollo:U celebrate little things...steps... Irrespective of the shame ..... 2nd phase should come up in Mid 25...26 If BAT keep up with the tempo... We still have a 3rd phase. And if they can successfully privatise other refineries.. FG can make that sector really competitive... Dangote and other importers will have to sweat it out.. |

Agbalowomeri:U get the catch of the NNPC move ... It is a good response to Dangote monopoly... Am even more optimistic that they will deliver the 2nd phase ASAP to silent Dangote... |

yMcy56:Madam yMyc well done oo. I am not an accountant, and I have similar questions with you. In addition I am actually confused with all the unfamiliar terms. I believe most shareholders that will be called upon to vote will be similarly confused. So I want to suggest that Oando publish or hold a "Facts behind the AGM" briefing, similar to that done for new listings. This will give opportunity for the company to explain what they really intend to do. |

pdozie:I didn't even look at the chat before making that comment. I wrote it from past experience. I was into catfish rearing, poultry, rabbit before with my mum. So I do go to feed mill to pellet feeds locally and sometimes we buy ready made ones from companies or imported. So I have idea how the prices fluctuate between harvesting season and scarcity season. GNC (groundnut cakes), Soyabean meal, PKC (palm kernel cake), maize etc are feed ingredients we use to make feeds. |

Why do you classify peoples' opinions as "attacks"? One dsays he doesn't want to celebrate, you giggle. The other person says he wants to celebrate, you say he is attacking? megawealth01: |
