Lol,you are giving me price of a good that was being subsidised. 5M 10 yrs ago can not be close to 50M today. It has not reached that level even with the devaluation/inflation is what I see on the street. .The money has lost value does not mean the money is now dead like Zimbabwe dollars lol
How much was a bottle of beer in 2015, and how much is it today? A 50kg bag of rice was ₦8,000 back then—how much is it now? At ₦8,000 per bag, how many bags could ₦5 million buy in 2015? Now, calculate how much it would cost to buy the same quantity today. Perhaps you’ll come up with another excuse after doing the math.

There’s a fixed price of 104 already. The price is 70.15 now, representing at least a 48% upside, why will investors not continue rushing it until the premium percentage is non existent. I made sure to say at least because me I’m staying put in case one shareholder who gets mind wants to drag it higher than the fixed price grin
you can expect investor to stop chasing it when the differential between the market price and the fixed price is between 20-25% (around fixed deposit / TBILL rate)

The comparison will have k leg if the variable of measurements are not the same.

In your case the variable are not the same, therefore it's a biased analysis.

.I no dey talk to win.All I know it was easy to make 5M 10yrs ago than 50M today. And with 50M today in naija you are a big boy which was not the case of 5M in 2015.
Boys dey remove 5M in 2015 to buy things. How many dey remove 50M today buy things since they are now equivalent.
