From outright ban to license firms to regulation.
Let's see how it unfolds.

You want to scare Nigerians away from capital markets?
I think the 10% rule is fine. It has its pros and cons. For instance without it, this our Wapco news (in an efficient market) would have taken the price from 58 when the news was announced straight to around the 100 figure where the buyout figure is. However in our case, we will have to slowly crawl day by day and deal with profit takers along the way. Knowing how impatient and fearful Nigerians are with money, if stocks lose more than 10% in a day and there’s no limit, nobody would invest again. It’s the 100k block rule I personally don’t agree with
I think the rule is rubbish for the exact same reasons you mentioned.

That is left to the regulatory bodies... smiley

I personally think it brings some level of stability to the market.

That point 1 is suicidal if JAGABAN gets things right economically
Which Jagaban would get things right economically?
There is no ''if''.
Please prepare and plan for worst case scenario under this clueless president. He is still busy dancing to the tune of the West and telling them that he is operating a ''free market economy'', whatever nonsense that means.
The naira may not recover under this capitalist government.

Hold your Wapco...

Even without the Chinese company acquiring Wapco, the stock recommendation and price expectation was around ₦85. Wapco below ₦100 right now is a win.

Yes we are back.

If not the vendor, chams is not suppose to sell below 3.50 by now.

Keep your bids at 1.98/99.The vendor is showing weakness in his sells this time.

Any moment from now,we are set to move.
Try to get yours this period.

Time to fly
