We need to raise our game true true cheesy cheesy

Was there no prep or prestaging done before the actual meeting?

@emmasoft I don't know your position in Investment One but I commend your effort in trying to resolve customer issues raised on this platform. BUT I have a question still: Is the email account not monitored? I wonder why a customer's enquiry will go unanswered for weeks. Actually, it's a rhetoric question. One of those little things that are often overlooked by organisations or people in business.
Though I don't have your details, but I have tried to escalate your complain as much as I can.

Currently have 10million units of Universal Insurrance. I have been buying a million units every month for several months now.

I love that it just remained stable in ₦0.33/₦0.34 allowing me to stockpile.

People would still invest. They'll just stop investing in stupid stocks with poor liquidity. True price discovery should be the purpose of efficient capital markets. WAPCO shouldn't be stuck at 60 for days when we all know the true price is 100+. That arbitrage, or gap, allows people with access and control manipulate markets to their sole benefit.

The purpose of these controls should be to limit errors or market manipulation by traders with inside information. What other markets do is to temporarily suspend trading in stocks that move more than a given percentage, say 10%, for a given time, say 30 minutes, to allow market participants digest the news or correct the error that is moving the stock.

Sunrisepebble:
You want to scare Nigerians away from capital markets?
I think the 10% rule is fine. It has its pros and cons. For instance without it, this our Wapco news (in an efficient market) would have taken the price from 58 when the news was announced straight to around the 100 figure where the buyout figure is. However in our case, we will have to slowly crawl day by day and deal with profit takers along the way. Knowing how impatient and fearful Nigerians are with money, if stocks lose more than 10% in a day and there’s no limit, nobody would invest again. It’s the 100k block rule I personally don’t agree with
