They have opened window for illegal stash to be brought forward legally without questions. Might be another reason the system is awash with liquidity

There is no clear path to a sustainable appreciated naira in the next at least two to three years

All the indicators are against us
High inflation and currency appreciation does not go hand in hand

High external debt and currency appreciation cannot go hand in hand

Our only way out in my opinion is if we add daily 450k barrels of oil to earn daily extra income
Anything short of that na wash
Na French you dey speak

It is less pressure as a result in crude related import. The cbn has bigger defence now .You think 20 billion dollar investment na childs play. How much is wapco, just 1 billion. This 20× and you didn't expect it to have impact. The pH has suddenly started working after 30yr

unfortunately I don't share your optimism....
We have more mouths to feed
we have acquired a consumerist taste beyond us

And most damaging, we still have a profligate govt.
Precedence has shown that these combinations do not result in a sustained desired outcome here.

one question for you....
What do you think happens to Nigeria when the Eurobonds get due
Re: Nigerian Stock Exchange Market Pick Alerts by Sunrisepebble: 4:55pm On Dec 06, 2024
NIPCO on NASD has quietly moved from 70 naira to 150 over the last 3 months. They’re the ones benefiting from this CNG initiative the FG has been pushing. They want to go into upstream also. One to look into

NFA/DYOR

Our highest usage for dollars was for importation of crude related products which was close to 50%.The foreign demand for imported goods has always been there. And as I speak it has dropped seriously. The importation of several goods have dropped. People are keying into local produced alternatives
How many business men are importing at this dollar price .why do you see chinko companies relocating thr companies to naija. The foreign school thing has dropped significantly.
As I said q1 2025 will say.Abi you don't have time frame in mind.I hope you are not expecting it to go back to #700 or less
