There is no room like this. No sane person, no matter the hardship, will use a room of that size for toilet, kitchen and bed space.

Ask yourself where the occupant baths. Can't you see that the floor drain area has a mattress? Does the mattress soak water and the occupant sleep on the mattress like that?

I have seen a similar room in Lagos...

The room was so small the occupant couldn't be inside lying on his mattress and open the door same time. Because the door opened inwards!

The toilet is not makeshift. As long as the toilet is not makeshift, that space doesn't have as a bed space kitchen and toilet. Forget about what the law says and what the law doesn't say.
