Lol, this isn't a medical problem. Most likely factors like stress and lifestyle change.
I think the problem might be lack of good sleep. Cos I do stay awake most nights until 2am and by 6 or 7, I'm up again.

Bros, for your health stop eating past of 6pm.

If you must eat past 6, let it be fruits. If you don't eat in the evening, you won't die.
I understand, thanks for your advice.

You are probably over worked up or stressed by the kind of job you do,

You have to slow down a bit
It would most likely be stress.

Yes, lack of sleep is also a contributing factor.

I'm guessing you'd close for the year right? Please try to get some sleep. kiss

I've noticed that whenever I eat after 9pm upwards I usually feel very tired and sleepy most times I even sleep on the meal.

Just last night I prepared food and couldn't it until almost 10pm because I was busy. I was still eating the food when I started feeling dizzy and dozzed off. I woke up around past 1am this morning to find the food in front of me. I finish it sha.

I want to know if this is normal or it's a medical condition cos I'm already starting to get worried. Is anyone experiencing the same issue?
prolonged working at night has fked with your sleep cycle

it is happening to me

it is happening to my son who picked the habit of working late at night from me

you are going to have to find your way back to a normal sleep cycle

That's the thing. I say up most nights clearing my backlogs. So I go to bed very late.

For where...nothing o.

The truth is that most support unit even in Nigerian jobs don't go on holidays cos you'll keep attending to customers issues.

Oh wow.

That is also true, frontline workers don't go on holidays in Nigeria.

The thing is I sleep very late most times because I do work until late into the night. Sometimes I'm up till around 2am.

The problem here is that if I taste any from from after 9pm I'll immediately start feeling dizzy and sleepy. But if I don't eat anything, I can stay up until I'm ready to retire to bed.

As for fruits, most fruits aren't readily available when you need them. Maybe it's my location. But I'd say people who live close to markets and bus stops are the ones who can see fruits as an option to quench hunger.
Sorry about that!

Prior to this late meal, what and when do you eat? If you barely eat or your first meal is far off from the late meal, then it's very likely that the sudden increase in sugar level is the cause.

To be on the safer side and to seek professional counsel, it's best to see a specialist

To be honest, I don't really have a time table of how I eat. I eat my breakfast by 12 or 1pm sometimes. Then dinner would be whenever I'm feeling hungry. Sometimes I'll awake to reality by 9 or 10pm and I'll be like oh, I've not yet eaten. That's why I'll starting looking for food.

you are a notorious stingy bastard who like me another stingy bastard wants value for your money

do your research

PSN no dey naija - though you have access to dollars which makes it easier. buyinmg games in naija means buying discs which are already inflated in price

i am not sure that you will get value for your money if you buy a play station in nigeria - that is assuming you want access to a lot of games.

microsoft actually has a presence in nigeria and you can but a large part of their catalog off MS store in naira. with your dollars you can actually subscribe to game pass. though you may not have teh time to fully enjoy your purchase sha

TLDR, for a gamer proper - who wants to enjoy as many great games as he can xbox is better value for money in nigeria. yesterday i bought aliens fire team elite hive edition for 2,300 naira [was on sale] . that is like 40 plus usd

You should work towards changing this narrative. Late night chows aren't healthy and clearly your body doesn't like it. Make a conscious effort this week to have your last meal before 7 let's see how that would play out.

You're talking to someone who has owned all the versions of PS. And I can tell you with full confidence that PS5 is very much in Nigeria. In fact most parks and resorts in Lagos have PS5 for customers to use and relax.

I don't think any Play Station owner from PS1-5 has ever accessed all the available games. The smart thing to do is to buy Soccer and maybe 2-3 more games you'd find interesting. You can never own all the games. Even during the era of PS2 when I was in secondary school, I had a USB that had about 4 games. Even when I had PS1. I just had Crash bandicoot, soccer and a few games. And believe me, I got value for my money cos I enjoyed them to their fullest.

I've never been a fan of playing games on my laptop with a joystick. I prefer owning the game console separately. My laptop should be strictly for my work and the game console for fun. On my laptop, I don't even have movies or music installed in it. Just softwares and programs. I don't fall into the category of people who use their laptop for movies, games, music...etc. Believe me, it would spoil faster.

I've never been a fan of Xbox right from when it came into Nigeria. I heard people talk about it and how it's nice and all that...but I just came to love Playstation. Maybe it's because it was the one I experienced first.

Do you want me to further shock you...I've never see an Xbox console in my life before. That's how alienated I am from it.

The secret is to have a living room pc dedicated to entertainment. I have one and there must have been over 500 games on it of different genres. The gpu has been acting up of recent but we had real fun times on it. And you can emulate consoles up to ps3 in HD and modded. (glorious pc master race) no need to have a switch when every Nintendo console can be virtualized on low end hardware

Buying a console for 500k plus and playing max of 4 games on it is for me not maxing out the value for the purchase

I also no longer game on my laptop. I used to I even had a drive dedicated to games, but I found game drm can mess with with software drm. Xbox was creating virtual drives for games and the software protectoon key for an app was based on computer hardware config. So the key kept changing.

I can bet anything that you wouldn't be able to play up to 50 games out of the 500 in a year. So what's the point of having hundreds of games which you wouldn't have time to try out. This is why I prefer the console cos there you would only buy the games you need, and play them during your leisure.

This is what I said in my previous post. Your system can crash. Installing over 500 games and playing a handful of them everyday would over work your CPU. As for Nintendo switch, you certainly cannot compare it to a PS5 console, because the display graphics won't be the same.

GloriousGbola:

You're not getting it. It's about buying the games that you can spend quality time on without bothering about others.

The reality here is that you won't have the time to play the 4 or 5 games you have. (I'm talking from experience) the satisfaction one would give you wouldn't even all you remember the others.

Just get a console. Besides games like PS5 comes with over 800GB storage capacity so you can download any game you like online and install it there.

so i have three kids. they have friends. they game - i game.

and there are multiple categories of games

there are party games , racing games, fighting games, co-op games. there are games that you will play for days, and there are games that can be finished in four hours.

lets just say we have played a lot of games.

and now ps games are on pc so we have played god of war, days gone, horizon zero dawn

I think I understand you much better now. 3 kids plus dozens of friends plus yourself equals a full house. So you'd definitely need a variety of games to chose from.

For me it's just me (at least for now)...so 3-5 games is more than enough for me. Cos I might not even have the time to play them all.

So I read your diary a lot, in February I shared your ms365 post with my babe and we talked about it, and now here you are in December you did good
I'm a big believer in someone holding your hands and teaching you just like the guy who taught you. If it's not too much to ask for your teacher contact. I'm down to pay and kick off

Getting him to teach you isn't the problem. The problem is getting a remote job after paying so much money. The link he gave to me for the job I'm currently doing has been blocked I posted it on my diary.

I want to give you the heads up now so that if you still want to go ahead with the training I can send you his contact. But I'm not guaranteeing you any job after learning. So that tomorrow you won't start calling me out on nairaland.
