No need to even go into JWs, makes the whole mess even messier when you get into translations and translation problems. For the sources, I've noticed anytime i give sources in detail on here i get banned, don't know why, so ill just give an overview. You can check out Bart Ehrman's 'new testament, a historical intro...', or Michael Coogans 'Intro to the old testament' for a deep dive. For skimming, you could find Bart addressing the topic on his blog or podcast or you can check out John Meier's journal on the topic. Note that before Moses God never assemble people to give them laws so this surely means that the prophet God is promising them will be greater than Moses since the Israelites must be expecting him unlike Moses who came unannounced this one will come to them with great anticipation.
So he can't just be another prophet rather one who is more than a prophet but since he will be sent by the same God he will do the work of a prophet.

Historians simply wrote what they saw. If a man raises folks from the dead, heals the sick, feeds thousands with a couple loaf of bread and fish, walked on water, resurrected etc, bro, not one source, not two sources, but many sources, historians, kings, scribes etc would write about him. During Jesus's death , there was mass resurrection from the grave. Mass resurrection, not one or two people. And what's more, they showed themselves to the people. Such events would not only be documented in the Bible but contemporary history would carry it. Same as moon and sun standing still for Joshua. Such events are worldwide and would be in history scrolls in China, Egypt and worldwide
Thus that is why I don't believe the bible
