Guys is it that Vfs has alot on their hand or I am the one not understanding them. Since yesterday 2pm, my sister did her biometric at VI, no email or text that her application have been submitted to ukvi, even when I track it, same thing, application not yet submitted to ukvi.

This VFS are actually slow. They sent mail that passport has been dispatched since Tuesday, and one is yet to receive the passport (no DHL email or tracking number). Unlike TLS, once you receive collection mail, you can be sure to collect your passport the next day via courier.

For People who have collected their passport. Does VFS uses DHl for courier please?

I didn't get a confirmation mail nor empty NSF mail after my biometrics also but I still got the success mail in 4 days (standard).
So I guess you shouldn't bother too much about that

A 18 years old girl tried to apply for a UK visa 2 years ago under a false surname coz she was trying to be a dependant of someone in the UK. She changed her surname then in both her International passport, bank account and NIN. She did biometrics too then. She wasn't granted visa. She tried repeatedly and was always denied.

Now she is 21 years old and married. She has already updated her surname in all her documents (intl passport, NIN, Bank etc)back to her original surname.

My question is, she wants to apply for a UK study visa now via Masters. Will her past action affect her now during biometrics and should she tell them that she has been denied visa before in the past in her application since she has been denied before under a false surname

You didn’t finish the story. Did she not claim marriage to her former dependent? She can't lie about not applying before; once she inputs her fingerprints in a second biometrics, all her past history, including previous visa applications, will be revealed. Everything .

Any additional falsehoods on her application would result in a 10-year ban, which is essentially a lifetime ban. Given the significant deception she demonstrated earlier, I wouldn’t approach the UK embassy with a 10-foot pole. Based on what you’ve shared, it’s quite damning, if she insists she must apply- she needs to come clean on ALL.

Post her refusal letters.

Different international passports too in the space of 2 years. UKVI will say this one is a criminal.

It has to be stated, if not she will still be denied for being hideous

So it is even fake parents.. so how do you overcome all this because her previous forms and stories of been a child to that man will all be reviewed.
Additionally, your last line is untrue. UK gives everyone a reason for every refusal.
Just leave UK alone. Honest advice.

She is not applying to the UK again.
Everything she presented to pose as a child of someone who was not her parent will be unearthed… you guys no dey fear? Goodluck with other countries. Let her apply to UK and see her 10 years ban stamped.

True, but when will it come. I have been waiting since November 25th to get my visa. School is resuming by January and it's just here already😭
