Holding parties to celebrate and paying artistes with shareholders money when the shareholders have not been paid a dime as dividend for a decade, and are dying of hunger? A company ridden with huge debts and struggling to stay afloat?

Such parties should be held when the company is experiencing good tidings and shareholders and key stakeholders have been taken care of and are happy.
Lol, nah today! Oando nah number 1 sakamanje stock and a classic example of 'Resource Curse' for shareholders. Oando contributed to the collapse of SMN due to the constant arguments amongst the big oga's, some (Emma, Nosa, Oracle) can testify here. Oando sent Peterichy back to the village for good.

Disclosure: I still have some Afolabi units from years back

By the way Wale & Management should sell the shares of the debtor to better investors at +N100 and use the proceeds to boost SHF into positive territory while distributing the remaining cash to shareholders to do whatever they choose to do with.

Great job you are doing my brother.
Just dont rely on NGX Api alone in doing analysis, as rightly said, some stocks were wrong analysed in YTD growth, because they didnt factor stock reconstructions done in stocks like transcorp and ucap. this wrong reports are even on mainstream business news platform. thats where you come in, in giving reliable data, there is so much market for you bro, abeg helps us. kudos once again

For the ytd records, you are meant to change the beginning price by factoring the total O/S after reconstruction.

so for example, ucap; simply delete the 2 new shares added, i.e today's price of ucap at 19x3 = 57
.
Boss! Thank you for your insightful feedback and support! I truly appreciate the guidance on factoring corporate actions like stock reconstructions into our YTD calculations. Stay tuned for updates!

Please from TA, what are the good re-entry points for Tantalizers?
I apologise for this late response & hope it's not too late...

IF Tantalizers price could possibly pullback below 1.30, this should be a good buy. However, price may find good support above this level at about 1.40

2024 has been a bad year for Fidson Plc.

Why?
1)i assume fake drugs increase + local fake production.

2) increase in Retail price cost with less and less numbers of consumers doesn't match the cost of manufacture or cost of sale in the industry in general.
(herbal leads the day)
This is evident in the destruction of expired products by NAFDAC consistently.

3)negative perception from media publicity e.g GSK leaving, NAFDAC hammer on drugs., non-avaikability of essential drugs sef in stores, etc.

4) They are currently building a huge plant in lagos FTZ in partnership I think. it's long term.

5) The actualisation of No 4. to Shareholders will be in the long-term.

Yes, you have a point though. But, do you think the company management don't know the state of the company financials? We see ONLY from our OWN point of view, what is 6 to you may be 9 to another person. Presently, as someone having Oando shares, I am looking at it from a different point of view. What I am looking at, is that holding a party of such magnitude is a pointer to the fact that all is well, both now, and in the nearest future for the company. The management know what is in store (financially) for them and the company, that is why they have chosen to start the celebration.

Mine is to follow the money wherever it is in NGX, whether it is with cow or sheep boy or prodigal son, so far I can get mine from it. Meanwhile, the next 3 - 6 months will prove either the management and its critics right/wrong. Let's wait and see by then.

Paying shareholders will resonate better. Same company is paying social media influencers to promote them. Which other E &P company have you seen doing same. I believe if they do well, the numbers will speak for themselves and they don't have to pay anyone to promote them

NPFMCRF saw a BIG rejection last trading week at a support level with relatively high volume (slightly higher than average volume for the stock). Is this an indication of potential rally in coming weeks?
