Agbalowomeri:This is not a sensible take. Where is the place of political will in governance? So some group people can scuttle the president's plan and nothing will happen? No wonder we are not developing. You people just sit down and support rubbish. How do you push more people into poverty, mint more poor people faster than bacteria can replicate and call it reform? What is "scatter everywhere first and we will arrange it back"? How is the arrangement going so far? The president has full capacity to go after those pocketing subsidies and not delivering products. He is in charge of our borders, so don't come with the excuse that people steal and sell petrol products in neighbouring african countries. If they can close borders against import from neighbouring african countries, I see no reason they can't close same borders again people shipping petrol out of the country. What about even making some refineries functional? This is 2024 for God's sake. The rest of the world have moved past this. You and your president are looking for an easy escape that is why you took the route of abrupt removal of petrol subsidy and devaluation. You go after the masses with ease but can't go against the supposed "cabal" that is fewer. See all people that died because they are looking for free food and palliatives. Something they could ordinarily afford before now. Show me one country that doesn't operate one form of subsidy or the other? Now, you have driven energy cost to the high heavens. How does this support production? How does this reduce production cost and by extension cost of finished goods and services that can compete or beat imports? Now rice, chicken, and arms smugglers are having a field day and no one is checking them even after plenty whistleblowing. Make we dey try use our brains. |

MadmaxX489:You are one of the few people that have sense. I better pass my neighbour mentality be killing some people here. Because you trade stocks and have a few things going for you, you suddenly can't see the absurd poverty in the country. BAT unfortunately can't lift people out of poverty. He has no known history of being productive in anyway outside politics. His supporters know this. |

PharmAlfred:God bless you my brother. My hope rekindles when I read stuff like this from knowledgeable and sensible people like this. Your level of reasoning and understanding is far above that of most Nigerians who are very myopic and ignorant, and unfortunately in the vast majority. Nigeria is shambles mainly because of clueless leaders and multitude of foolish followers. |

ositadima1:I've been seeing all this takes on right policies and all, but without consideration to the people on the streets aka the masses aka the common man. The "Christmas day" is over here in the city and gees, the sight was awful. Not necessarily expecting some fun-air filled celebration, but atleast everyone should be able to thrive, but no, downcast faces of hustlers everywhere. Well, I have succeeded with the political position of the FGN. Hence, I've been in my village in the past 4days, trying a social project to improve socio-economic conditions with xamount. I can spare that. I just came in, spent about xamount buying stuff I really don't need, but handing it over the the next individual who might need them. Local business man has money to restock, people get essentials. The next phase is to boost their agricultural output with the remaining xamount. Hoping to improve on sustainable jobs and reducing poverty. Go to your village and improve one or two persons life. Its just desperation out there. Channel loose funds, if you have oo Merry Christmas once again! |

Problem with these political rejoinders is that instead of focusing on political strategies and policies of the politicians/government, we would soon start personal attacks. |

pluto09:It is still far better to start with production locally.... If not for Dangote that managed to start his refinery locally... Fuel suppose don reach N2000/litre with NNPC cabal... 133m Nigerians (63%) are living in multi dimensional poverty... That's the effect of these policies... these are d facts.... Let PBAT face the few cabal...and let the masses breathe..... |

It has started: direct and indirect. Makes me wonder why we feel/think/believe that everyone should align with our line of thought. Life is all about variation. Just like we have rice, we have eba, we have PDP and APC and we have cold and hot. Wisdom is the ability to recognize, understand and differentiate these. A madman thinks a sane person is mad... ✌🏽 NSEstudent: |

We can actually discuss here without the needless attacks. I avoid people that initiate attacks here, crypto group where they even fight themselves with all manner of names calling and other platforms as this because this year I reached a LEVEL in my life where I allow people say whatever they choose to say even in real life while I maintain the focus for which I'm here which is solely to make MONEY and have it multiply for me in huge quantum whether I sleep or not JAGABANomics should fix NAIJA that's why he was elected by those who voted him ![]() |

PharmAlfred:the situation in some sectors especially the oil sector has gone beyond redemption. Officially we can produce below 2mbbls but it is different unofficially..... honestly I don't even know when those in government will get it right. Like what a top government official told me he said "corruption is now a culture in the corridors of power in Nigeria" what seems to be a taboo is being done without accountability. |
| Re: Nigerian Stock Exchange Market Pick Alerts by Bizibi(m): 9:20am On Dec 26, 2024 |

| Re: Nigerian Stock Exchange Market Pick Alerts by Bizibi(m): 9:31am On Dec 26, 2024 |
megawealth01:Bros that is the only way. The level of corruption is mind boggling, corruption is like a normal thing now, Even some of the guys we all know in this government are so greedy that they even collect money for contract jobs. That cos guy is at the top of such group of people, you must hear his name in corruption discussion in Villa. They don't even know how to balance it and I know most of the money goes to Mistresses and irrelevant rubbish. |
