No it’s because you can’t distinguish data. India uses mostly 4G and 5G. Botswanna is mostly on 3G. Broadband and mobile internet aren’t the same thing.

How am I reducing the Botswana access? Botswana access is like 70% which means that 1/3rd of the country has never seen electricity in their life. It’s not that many African countries are shitboles.
