In the last 12 months the cost of land value in city centres and most buiding materials have increased by 100%. Except for few landlords that want to be their brother's keeper,it is not easy to maintain old rents while you see increament of house rents in same neighbourhood

I'm following the options are getting here. In the estate the maximum amount for 2 bedroom flat is 1.5M. we bear the estate security levy and other cost associated with the estate.
