Cross deals are executed by the brokers/AM.
The actual owner and actual buyer use same AM...
Thanks for your feedback

Oga Toluway succinctly did the analysis with Renko Line Break bars. Just to add a bit of context:
-Cadbury's price is showing momentum after last trading week's rejection below 20.
-Price likely targeting above 29
-But first, it needs to clear the hurdle @26.50 in the coming days.

I am not a big fan of Fibonacci due to its subjective nature, but let’s give it a try. The first chart is a basic Renko chart. I used the 1.618 Fibonacci ratio to make the projections.

In the first chart, I projected the previous upswing from the low at 17 (which I refer to as point A) to arrive at the marked point at 25 (which I call point B). Using the previous low, I then projected downward to 20 (point C), as shown in the next image—a schematic of the swings. Finally, I made another projection to around 32, which you might also call point D. Both B and C are marked in red as they represent projections.

In simple terms, I expect Cadbury to reverse its current upward movement around 25, potentially drop to 20, and then continue higher to approximately 32 and possibly beyond, based on my subjective application of Fibonacci ratios.

I would wait to possibly catch the bus around 20. And that’s a wrap! cheesy

I hope they have not changed thr mind for the share redistribution. This new media hipe is for a purpose. I hope it is not bad news they believe could affect the share price

They are always hyping themselves in the media... They need to focus on managing the great assets they recently acquired.

They are yet to even give details of their share bonus or redistribution... They moves are always opaque and drags...

I feel that the share redistribution thing wasn't thought out properly once the delay or possible cancellation.

I swear nothing makes sense in the NSE. Which normal market would buy ahead of a recapitalization exercise that is dilutive to existing shareholders?

Anyway, you know what they say about penny stocks: They go up right before the market crashes. But what do I know?

Thanks. 23% interest doesn't sound attractive in the current inflation climate. Does anyone know what the coupon and maturity of the DangCem Series 1 long term bond issue was?

Red Flags of Fraud

What You Can Do To Avoid Investment Fraud

Researchers have found that investment fraudsters hit their targets with an array of persuasion techniques that are tailored to the victim's psychological profile. Protect your investments by watching out for these red flags:

1) It sounds too good to be true

2) "Guaranteed returns" (they don't exist)

3) The "halo" effect, which makes con artists seem likable or trustworthy

4) "Everyone is buying it" pitches

5) Pressure to send money right now

6) Small favors (free lunch or workshop)

That is why Okomu is playing catch-up. I tell people that dividend matters a lot to the average investors. Compare the amount paid by Presco and Okomu this last financial year, you will see that it is about the same. So, why would there be disparity in share price.

Though, Zenith pays a better dividend than GTCO, it is still trying to play catch-up in share price. grin
