It’s possible they’re trying to confirm one of the details on your document and it’s taking their time .

If it’s possible can you ask the bank / if you dropped references if UKVI got in touch with them .

Or it could be any other documents .

Yes, I have 2 previous UK refusals.
I'm yet to escalate because I got NSF on the 13th working day after my Biometrics and I will be due to escalate by Jan 8th

If you have past refusal your application will surely be delayed
Escalate all you want, they will reply when they want to , just don’t put yourself in any hassle

I made a tuition deposit payment to Flywire on December 24 (last Tuesday). I called them on Monday, and they informed me that they’re still waiting to hear back from their local payment processor, Dlocal. Has anyone experienced this before? If so, how many days did it take to get resolved?

Now their payment processor said they’re yet to receive the funds, had to send the session ID today for them to trace it. Has anyone experienced this before? Pls help if you’ve experienced this before!

My bio was with TLS on 15th November
I received visa in the 24th Dec and I’ve not been sent a collection mail from VFS

I’m I the only one facing this issue, please I need to know.
Or can I do a walk in to get my visa from VFS
Or is it only those that do courier with VFS that receive the mail
I need answers pls, it only takes 7-10 working days to receive collection mail

Good evening my people, I printed my UK POF on Saturday 29 December 2024, I completed the application today and uploaded today but my biometric is on next week Wednesday. I'm good to go? Thank you very much

Wassup guys

I landed In London-gatwick airport on thursday morning at 6:26am.

The Officer in charge wan whine me buh I no panic.

He ask me series of questions with a straight face.

This is how the conversation goes

Me: Hello good morning,

Officer: Hi, how are you doing?

Me: I’m fine thank you.

Officer: Your passport please, which country did you come from ?

Me: From Nigeria sir

Officer: Why have you come to the uk?

Me: I’m here for my master degree

Officer: which course will you be studying?

Me: Msc business analytics and big data

Officer: Do you have your CAS letter with you?

Me: Yea sir

Officer: Let me see it

Me: I brought out my phone and showed him.

Officer: which course did you say you are going to study again?

Me: Told him business analytics and big data.

Officer: do you mean to say Business Analysis ?

Me: No, it’s business analytics sir (the whole time he was looking at the CAS) I’m sure he just said the business analysis just to see if I know what I’m saying.

Officer: How much have you paid from your fees ?

Me: I have paid £2000 and I also have £7500 schorlaship from them.

Officer: wow, £7500, how did you get this much schorlaship?

Me: I think I submitted a very strong application, the school was also impressed by my undergraduate degree transcript, and my SOP.

Officer: How are you going to pay your tuition balance?

Me: I have personal savings and support from my family, I have the money ready.

Officer: You said personal money, how did you get that much money.

Me: I have been working as a freelance writer for the past 7years, I get most of my client from fiverr and Upwork.

Officer: nodded is head and said impressive.

Where will you be staying? Did you pay for school hostel or you will be staying at Airbnb?

Me: I will be staying with a family friend in Leeds till on Sunday (when I said this, his facial expression changed abit, before moving to Liverpool.

Officer: Do you have the address of the place you are going in Leeds ?

Me: Yes sir

Officer: Let me see it (so he gave me my phone back)

I then go to whatsapp to show him the address.

Officer: how will you get to Leeds from here ?

Me: I already booked a train for this morning sir.

So he looked at the passport again and gave me a big smile 😃 and said Welcome to the United Kingdom.

Note: The man interviews one black guy before me, he drilled him alot and collected his passport, I don’t what happen buh the guy left to see another officer which I Beleive to be there supervisor, he came back and stand behind me sha.
