emmanuelewumi:The current total debt of Presco is N55 billion, with the planned bond of N150 billion it will increase to N205 billion. 9 month EBIT of N75 billion, I want to assume the full year EBIT for 2024 will be N100 billion. This give a debt/ EBIT of roughly 2, which is fair enough couple with the credit rating of the company. Successful acquisition of the business in Ghana will automatically increase their production by 20% and possibly their profitability excluding the organic earning of the company which is over 80% in the last 5 years. I am of the opinion that the company might come up with a right offer of about 1 for 10 by the end of 2025 at between N600 to N700 per share. My opinion though and might not be the fact |

ggoldmine:Aradel SP is currently on a support level at 598 and this looks like a good price. However, for a better entry price, IF Aradel price could decline further to between 515 & 535. The best entry price, based on current outlook, is at the rejection bar created early November at 485. ![]()

emmanuelewumi:What I mean is earning before interest and taxes. While a company can decide to be paying back interest owed to lenders back slowly, a 20% wacc and above will always take a chunk before getting to PAT |
| Re: Nigerian Stock Exchange Market Pick Alerts by emmanuelewumi(m): 6:52am On Jan 03, 2025 |
emmaodet:Did you consider the spread between the ROIC of about 70% and the WACC of 20%. Once there is a spread of 5 and above, Economic value is created |
| Re: Nigerian Stock Exchange Market Pick Alerts by emmaodet: 6:56am On Jan 03, 2025 |
emmanuelewumi:Yes, I agree bro but many companies even have bad ROIC. Imagine if roic is 30% and wacc is 20%, what is left then? Some sef, their wacc is more than roic |

emmaodet:Even at that it will give shareholders an Economic Value Advantage of 10% of the Invested Capital, what I call economic profit Value is created whenever ROIC is greater than WACC That is why it is not all growth that creates value and wealth to shareholders. |

Is the deadline for filing previous year financial results for stocks with December 31 year end, June 30 or March 31? If Oando really wants to regularize their financial reporting schedule they must report 2024 audited results no later than 31st March 2025. mikeapollo: |

HesInMe:Don't waste your time on that moniker. He has practically fought with almost everybody on this platform. You can just do a little background check on his moniker and you will see what I am talking about. My advice to him is to change his ways, behaviour and personal relationship with people. It is only by then that he can have absolute rest of mind without anybody tracking him. I wonder what he has that people are tracking him up and down? maybe those that he has fought with before sha . I saw him calling you a crim.ina.l just because your moniker is old and idle, without decently finding out why. You have been good with your responses so far, and I encourage you to keep to it.On Chams, you have not done anything bad by your analysis/criticisms, that is why this thread was created. Due to Loco's stance on Chams, I made some background checks and discover that they are somehow linked with the powers to be, therefore, it is most likely they will be favoured by this government. Thereafter, I bought close to 4m units. I rest my case for now. |

Raider76:For most companies (non-banking and non-financial institutions), the deadline for filing previous year financial results is 6 months after the company's financial year end, which means Oando is expected to file its results on or before June 30. However, the banks have an exception and they must file their results on or before Mar 31. |

lol... Oga street don put fear for your body abi ![]() The rule of thumb is never to fall to the temptation of letting them access to private details about you. Always make public announcements like oga ema that you only respond to questions on nairaland threads. If the person claims that it is too private to discuss on a public forum, then they should quote you on a dead thread and you can respond. Do these and you will most likely be fine. @street, I may be wrong, but I doubt if people can use your IP to trace you. Most ISPs in Naija use dynamic IPs to allocate IP to users, so it makes little sense to start using IP to track. Even then, it will require sophisticated equipment, which I believe only DSS has a semblance of in Nigeria. What I believe happened in your case is that you responded to a private message and then your email got exposed to the user, from there they used it to search for you on social media and then since you are a business man, your details are more likely to be easy to find from there. The other alternative will be that since it was an old moniker, maybe in the early days you left when you were still innocent you left personnal details about yourself, eg phone number. These guys can be very patient and will take their time to go through your early messages and build a profile of your person. Locotrader: |

mikeapollo:No, the rule is for all companies not only banks. For companies that has December as year end, they are expected to submit their audited account 3months after year end which is 31st March and companies that have March as year end are required to submit by June 30th. The rule is, submit your audited report three months after your year end |
