Although the girl seems stubborn, I am considering recalling her. I don’t have a strong reason—perhaps I just need someone who is not so easy to push over.

The girl was employed pregnant, the manager and i believe that she recently had an abortion, which the manager found out about. She shared this information with her colleague boyfriend, who then spread it to his female colleagues at work.

What do you think? Should I call her back?
