A lot of stocks have doubled their prices, some triple, infact some X10 since the new administration.

A lot have already repriced , even the seemingly battered DS is like X3 . I loaded UBA at 6Naira and loaded more at 13 Naira

Fidelity, Total energies, Flourmill , Wapco , to mention a few. I think a lot of stocks have already repriced and patient investor are already in the money.

Some got GTCO at 18 , others at 26

If things goes well, Fidson is a very good one to lock in at this point. I quite agree with you on that one

Not really sure if some of the aforementioned names fit his theory as you described. But he did mention that our Banking stocks are highly undervalued, his reason being, a foreigner with USD and the weak Naira can literally come and buy up our banks which he says should be avoided by all means(He said and I quote "when a stock is undervalued due to the manipulation that occurs, the people that value it will purchase and delist it...why should Dangote and Bua be trading at such values and Lafarge be like that?" . For Banks he loves his Zenith and GTB and has decided to increase his stake in UBA based on their last dividends. I follow him but we do not necessarily agree on everything . I love Access due to its low entry point but he doesn't.
He doesn't want anything to do with Oando even if he is offered for free (Although I have a few units in it for JIJO which I learnt from you guys)

In my opinion, Seplat (the company) is one of the best managed companies on the NGX. They seem to have a culture of corporate excellence.

Sound management - Yes
Consistent positive financial performance - Yes
Consistent dividend income - Yes
Growth - Yes

What then is my answer to your question, YES if you are an INVESTOR with a bias for dividend income and gradual growth.

NO, if you are like me who is only after capital growth on the NGX in the short term.

Why? In my opinion, Seplat (the stock) is not favoured by the NGX Price movement framework. A minimum of 100,000 units in a single trade is required to move the price. 100,000 x N5,000 = N500,000,0000. How many times do we see this kind of trade? I am more likely to multibag on other stocks than in Seplat (recall my investor profile?)

Seplat no vex. My loyalty is to my portfolio.

No sense at all in what you just typed. Elon is a scammer.. ok. It's usually people who add no value to other people's lives that try to pull down those who do and cast aspersions on their integrity. You don't know the lawyer in question. He is a man of integrity (which obviously you aren't otherwise you won't attack the reputation of someone you don't even know) and 32 years at the Nigerian bar as well as a practising attorney in USA. Also touching lives with his foundation and building houses and homes in Lagos. He still finds time out of his busy schedule to serve God in different ways. How many lives have you touched and impacted and changed Anyway, to address the issue you raised, there are 20 units of 3 bedroom townhomes in Georgia USA and they have been listed for sale by U.S. licensed real estate agents. Would a licensed real estate agent in USA list a scam property? What is wrong in marketing same property in USA and Nigeria the home country of the developer? Must he wait for all 20 units to be sold in USA? Your comment smacks of ignorance and malice.
In upscale lagos when you buy a house you pay 5% agency fee, 5% documentation fee, you pay lagos state for perfection of your title etc.. and how much do you get as annual rental income vis a vis total cost of purchase? Yes, developer is a lawyer in U.S! I said so. He can help reduce your total closing cost. It's a one stop shop transaction. It's a case of whoever will let him come. I ain't trying to convince no one. But i won't let you cast aspersions on the integrity of an upstanding member of society and a man of high impact and value.. Good morning to everyone. I am only defending a good man's integrity... no more unwarranted attacks please. I assure you all that i will henceforth restrict my real estate deals in other relevant threads..
