godlyguy:I was only asking for clarification based on the analogy of your prior response. But it is okay if you are unable to provide a cogent, coherent answer. You are still highly valued and appreciated. Peace all through 2025 and beyond. |

Streetinvestor2:I expected a dip 2.05 this morning that's why I didn't join you at 2.14 yesterday but unfortunately the game turned upside. I ended up buying my 3m units at 2.20.one of my oga told me there is big money on table for CHAMS.Maybe they want it at bargain prices.I am well sitted looking for a breakout.25m units deal done. |
| Re: Nigerian Stock Exchange Market Pick Alerts by Nobody: 1:28pm On Jan 08, 2025 |
This 2.20 seller has been very active since morning.I am sure the money on the table will send him parking. This full bid is inevitable today oooo |

The Stockbubble guy, please what is the calculation of your MONTH? I want to believe it is month to date, if Yes the % should be the same as YTD because we are still in January. |
| Re: Nigerian Stock Exchange Market Pick Alerts by GeeKudi: 1:45pm On Jan 08, 2025 |
That would be nice, although, would have preferred I have more units than I currently hold. Somebody should tell OANDO that it is being left behind. Raider76: |

Hello to all the ogas here! Please can any of you point in the direction of a stock broker? I applied for morgancapital end of last year. There has been no tangible result. I was hoping to have started trading by now. Can anyone recommend any other stock broker that I do everything online? I have spent time since last year reading from December 1 to now. Learning from everyone. I am thankful to everyone here. The way you guys carry everyone along. Thank you. |

unite4real:I am well convinced that the core buyer never want chams to go out of his buying zone.He only needs it below 2.20.Even if other buyers send it to full bid,the price will still drop to that buying zone. I sense the hand of a big oga increasing his stake.Loco is always at his back |

Health3:Some investors have discovered Chams is greatly undervalued and want to reprice it but the big ogas said wait let us get enough units of our company so you won't collect our company from us. Na when Q4 result drop we go know the powers behind chams Come rain come shine N15 is achievable this year. |

yMcy56:African Alliance Insurance annuitants seek four-month arrears payment Some annuitants of African Alliance Insurance Plc have called on the management/board of the company to pay the four-month arrears owed to them. The annuitants expressed their reservations in separate interviews with The PUNCH. The National Insurance Commission dismissed the board and management of African Alliance Insurance in late October and appointed a new board/management to oversee the company’s affairs. Delayed payment of annuitants was one of the reasons for the sacking of the board and management of the company. Speaking with The PUNCH, one of the annuitants, Gbadebo Olatokunbo, said that he got paid his arrears for May-August in late December and was still being owed for the last four months in 2024. https://punchng.com/african-alliance-insurance-annuitants-seek-four-month-arrears-payment/ |

gabscity:Egungu na express you dey go. Send them an email. Don't play rough play with your money by asking for such in a public domain. When they finally give you the bank details, pay to their Wema, avoid Zenith bank if you want to be funded on time. |

phadriz:Present sir! Thank you for highlighting the calculation for Monthly Performance. You’re absolutely correct—while other metrics are based on fixed calendar periods, the monthly calculation currently uses the last 30 days. This approach, while insightful, is not consistent compared to the others. Addressing this is a top priority. The calculation will be updated to reflect changes from the start of the calendar month for alignment with other timeframes. Your feedback is amazing |

chunkuli:My pick is not a very popular one. It was 3.70 when my GA flashed it. I got in at 4.65 but it closed today at 4.25. I hope to get some more Afolabi units by January ending if it's still available within my range. I hope this helps? |

Konquest:Thank you for sharing this. It is good to hear from a respected economist that the Naira might be stable in 2025. Nothing erodes a portfolio gain more than that enemy (currency instability), not even inflation. |

Capitas7:@Capitas7, my pleasure. Indeed, Ugodre is eloquent and one of the best financial markets analysts out there. The Naira will largely be stable based off of the emerging economic indices available. |

ok. It's usually people who add no value to other people's lives that try to pull down those who do and cast aspersions on their integrity. You don't know the lawyer in question. He is a man of integrity (which obviously you aren't otherwise you won't attack the reputation of someone you don't even know) and 32 years at the Nigerian bar as well as a practising attorney in USA. Also touching lives with his foundation and building houses and homes in Lagos. He still finds time out of his busy schedule to serve God in different ways. How many lives have you touched and impacted and changed
Anyway, to address the issue you raised, there are 20 units of 3 bedroom townhomes in Georgia USA and they have been listed for sale by U.S. licensed real estate agents. Would a licensed real estate agent in USA list a scam property?
