LegendHero:
South East has the highest incidence of Fulani herdsmen attack in the South. The reason I said so is because SE is a very tiny region with lesser forest and yet Fulani herdsmen still attack almost every state in the South East.

Enugu still got attacks from herdsmen recently.

Mind you, within that space of time, ESN/IPOB have killed more people than Fulani herdsmen in the East.

Ever since ESN was formed, SE automatically became the killing den of the South. Infact as at few days ago, almost 17+ people were muddedd in Imo/Anambra.
Always chatting shitt and radarada, when last did you hear of any major Fulani attacks in Enugu or anywhere in the SE asides from the occasional highway kidnappings across the SE which can be blamed on any criminal group? Suddenly you concluded the East has been worst hit by Fulani herdsmen attacks in the South but we were all alive when Ibarapa and Igangan residents were slaughtered in their numbers not too long ago, how Ogun residents fled to neighboring Benin
republic as refugees when Fulani herdsmen were sacking their communities, how Ekiti lost three prominent Obas in a single day to herdsmen attacks(the biggest sacrilege ever), how Igboho had to step up when Fulani bandits under "Wakili" literally annexed a whole community in Oyo state and renamed the communities? I can post all the reports if you want to force agenda.

There's no region that hasn't been affected by herdsmen attacks in Nigeria. Enugu and Ebonyi were just badly affected cause they have the unfortunate fate of sharing common boundaries with volatile states like Kogi and Benue.

Last year Enugu governor used army and police to chase away ESN and boom Fulani are back to kidnapping on Nsukka highway

People seems to forget so soon why ESN was formed... People forget how Fulani bandits ravaged South East before ESN came in

It is now completely clear why they creates UGM to give ESN bad name
Nwanne forget that one.
Kidnapping never stopped. I came back to Nigeria in 2023 August and within the short two weeks I stayed. I have heard of kidnapping and killings along Udi-oji River express and Emene-Abakaliki high ways.
Both fulani and igbos are involved.
I believe state police is the only way forward now, so these sto.opid governors can have the tools they need to reduce these violent crimes.
These is no need to keep playing politics with this issue. Only government should have the monopoly of violence. Putting arms in the hands of touts and branding them 'ESN' is as dangerous as allowing armed herdsmen to camp in forests around igboland

Stop deceiving yourself! There is no Fulani bandits disturbing south east, what we have in the south east is ipob-fulani bandits disguising as real Fulani to kidnap people for money to feed and fund Biafra since ipob leaders are in the cages in zoological gardens in Nigeria and Finland. These are ESN-based fulani wrecking their usual havoc. Nothing is good in ipob that has killed more igbos than Fulani killed.

Oganigwe:
Even though this rubbish you posted with is riddled with lots of exaggerations, half-truths and fallacies...have you in your best of human conscience (if you have any left) asked yourself why insecurity in the SE which was almost unheard of for so many years under previous administrations suddenly skyrocketed and became a norm when Buhari/APC took over? Once again a upon and not too long ago, the SE was adjudged the most peaceful region in Nigeria, so much so that the only common crimes then were armed robbery incidents. How come everything changed so fast in just 4 years of APC under Buhari?

Yes the SE leadership and people themselves can't be blameless from this new conundrum most of which is self-inflicted, but let's not pretend the reason why ESN was formed in the first place was to curb the sudden incursion of Fulani bandits into the SE, a region the APC government failed to protect and carry along! ESN went rogue and derailed from it's mission and various criminal splinter groups invaded the East and took advantage of the chaos, and the rest is now history.

I can guarantee you that over 50% of the violence in the SE are politically sponsored, especially since the discovery of huge deposits of natural gas in
the region.

Ask yourself why every square foot mile of highways across the South East have the heavy presence of military checkpoints, yet abductions still occur on those same axis almost on a daily basis...are these kidnappers so invincible that a whole stretch of roads dotted by DSS, Military, Police and even Navy checkpoints can't detect them?

Legendhero, you have a conscience...tell yourself the truth.

And oh, if you think the SW is any better then you're the biggest fool ever. Seyi Makinde just raised an alarm few days ago that bandits from the North have made incursions into Oyo State and other parts of the SW, you can bet they have permanent camps and terrorist cells waiting for the signal to attack the SW...we are now seeing Islamic radicalism already rearing it's ugly head among yoruba Muslims since this whole sharia drama began, it won't be long before they go the wahabist way if care isn't taken.
I am inclined to believe that some external forces are sponsoring the insecurity in the SE to deliberately create an impression that the region is not peaceful after all. This will lead to exit of companies to SW or discourage those who want to move their business to SE.

Fulani herdsmen are lesser evil to IPOB-ESN unknown gunmen terrorists.
What IPOB-ESN has done in South east is akin to Biafra war devastation.
No Fulani herdsmen has ever produced such terrible crime against Igbo people in Igboland as IPOB-ESN terrorist

Do you as a sensible human think after ESN fought Fulani bandits their sponsors would be happy?

Why do you think they sponsored UGM to give ESN bad name?

Lol we are already experiencing insecurity bro.
Anyway no need to join issues with you. I trust Peter Mba to do the needful. Peter Mba and Sullivan are in the same league so I have little fear he is capable of bringing sanity to our streets in due time

I wonder why mrvitalis want ndi Igbo to trust and rely on touts and junkies with AK47 whose commanders we don't know as our protectors in the name of ESN.Meanwhile both ESN and Fulani herdsmen have their camps in the same bush but never clash one day.

Both ESN and Herdsmen have been involved in kidnappings in Enugu.
The Fulanis never left, they just lost some of their market share for a while.
We can't tell for now with just one or two events which of the group is currently the market leader in kidnapping.

That will be determined in the nearest future.
