Sin only exists when you violate a law. Where there is no law, there is no sin. There was no law to that effect, Moses brought law to the Isrealites. Cain existed before Moses. The only law was what God told Adam and Eve not to eat (Law of Disobidience), and not whom to marry or not to marry.

So, it is your own mindset that is corrupt and remains product of incest in the context of your application. Even though it is true that all men have sinned through Adam's fall and not through your context of believe. However, Jesus has come to redeem us from law of condemnation through His blood, death and resurrection. Whom Cain married was never a sin then because there was no law he violated on that regard. The law (instruction) he violated was still that of disobedience that lead to murder.
