About the School, I know nothing about them.

But as regard the visa, you'll have to do your tuberculosis test at IOM, pay your IHS fee and VISA application fee.

If you have been given admission by your school, then you should have a CAS Shield account. This enables you to track your CAS. I don't know if all school does this.
