Dear Esteemed men, please share your experience of how you became a bachelor, and also share the benefits and challenges that comes with it...
I will start with mine, years ago when I was little I thought marriage was a thing of blessing and doesn't require a man to suffer, but little did I know that marriage is a bondage, so fast forward to when I was a teenager (Am a grown ass man now, that was then!) I started seeing things more clearly, let's take Nigeria for instance.... 90% of married men across Nigeria as a whole are suffering and smiling, why because marriage wasn't what they thought it was, some where even forced to marry by family members, some just wanted to try marriage out thinking is a thing of joy ride not knowing it is an everlasting torture.....

A country where everything is left for the man to do, and to worsen it more, economy is not smiling and men are dropping dead everyday due to high BP of so many budgets in a man's mind, a wife you think is a blessing is just a load of suffering, a liability that leaves the man to cater for everything, even though she also brings little by little it doesn't change the fact that she is a burden of suffering on the man's shoulders....

Well let me conclude here, there are more to write but let me conclude with the benefits and challenges I faced as a bachelor.....

BENEFITS AS A BACHELOR:

I always have time for myself, I do whatever I want whenever I want to do it.... No liability as a wife to dictate how my life should go, I eat whatever I want to eat, no kidding am a good cook... So I don't need a woman for that, when am Hørny.... I masturbate myself to stupor, I have a decent job (Remotely) so I have time for myself indoors, the only time I go out, is when I want to get food items......

CHALLENGES AS A BACHELOR:
Not so much tho, but it came to some point I got pressured by my stupid family (father and mother excluded) to get a wife, I boldly told them NO!

Planning on disowning them very soon, but that is a topic for another day...!

So esteemed men, this is my experience.... Share yours!
Help yourself and stop that masturbation, you're doing more harm than good to your health if you keep engaging in such act.

Yes u are correct too but for now you just need a companion and someone that can probably inherit your mansion you built for vanity.

Lonlines too can be tragic and kill faster than AIDS.

Yet being married too night not stop lonlines but the importance of getting married still have more advantage than not doing 1 or rather giving birth at all.

If you can't marry but try and have a child that's the point and direction here.

Enjoy your life bro
The big mistake you are making is assuming you know what a stranger on the internet needs.
This is 2025 and companionship may not necessarily mean a woman or marriage. It might mean things like : dog, cat, sex dolls, video games.

I have seen lots of married folks who are still lonely and miserable in marriage.

At this stage in my life, I prefer to be alone as I plan to live in different places all over the world.

Re: Life As A Bachelor! by HeavenShield(m): 7:56pm On Jan 26, 2025
Sir,
Marriage is not a scam. Without, you will not be born.

The problem these days is how we enter into marriages which plant wrong foundations and bitter experiences by both men and women.

Sir, Marriage has its own purpose and agenda in the creation and intention of the creator.
Marriage is to be enjoyed not endured.

Many people enter into marriages for wrong reasons, and are still entering till now.

Way out.
What is the purpose of marriage??
Marry within your circle and class. If are busy, marry someone that is busy.
Marry your friend.
Never marry because of sex o...I repeat Never. Else you will ever regret.
Never marry because of beauty....I repeat Never.
Marry someone you are fond of...
Never force yourself on someone. If person no like you, leave am o...
Never marry because of wealth o. Na one eye go remain for you o...and you deserve it.
If a woman no respect you, no marry am o...

If you are a village man, marry a village woman o...

You must not marry from your church o...
See Tinubu and Remi for eg.

Marriage is cultural!!! and not religious o...
In heaven marriage is not recognized o...it ends here on earth...

If you can't marry, leave am o...
Not everyone are meant for marriage o...

I rest my case...

To you a man isn't responsible when he is responsible for himself and those he deems fit like family until he includes you the woman?
This is why i loathe irresponsible woman because they are entitled to things that doesn't belong to them . I'm not responsible for any woman doesn't make me not responsible, we can be responsible for ourselves but never in my dictionary to be solely responsible for any lady without a commiserate symbiotic effort in the opposite direction.

This mindset is what unalive me because society makes them think they are useless if they can't carry the road of a woman

My prayer for you is that you meet a hardworking, humble, caring and trustworthy woman who genuinely wants to partner with you to build the home you'll love to have. Loneliness is a terrible thing in old age. It's good to have a family though I respect your choice if you've put everything in proper perspective.

There are good and bad men and women everywhere. Believing that you can't find a good person is to accept defeat without making efforts. One problem that I've seen with some men is that they want to marry their fantasy, which, more often than not, isn't the right choice. God will surely guide you.
That loneliness is still waiting for men in their old age.

Children will allow their mother to stay with them in their old age but not the father.

It doesn't really favour men but women.

Be logical, look at the facts.
