Medication should be used by those who need it, but not by those who want to massage their macho ego with "marathon sex". I've heard of an unfortunate fellow whose preek lost steam as a result of chronic diabetes when he was still very much in his active years. Sometimes aging comes with erectile issues. Surely you won't say a Baba in his 60s,70s or over should divorce his wife of 40+ years because his performance in the "other room" is faltering.
