Some Children Don't Know How Fortunate or privilege They Are. by Truvelisback(op): 12:18pm On Jan 27, 2025
Good day, fellas. Some children or should i say some people don't know how fortunate they are. These days i see parents giving their kids food to school, inluding snacks, drinks and money, even after eating at home. Lol grin In our time ehn! It wasn't this way. Even though Nigeria wasn't as terrible as this then grin

My opinion: You will make them enjoy what you rarely enjoy when you were at their age because they are now in the dispensation of grace while you were in the dispensation of law. grin

That means you were from a poor home. I am 38 years old. When I was in primary school(Corona School Lagos) my mum always gave me sandwiches and Ribena to school every day. This was around 1989 to 1994. So don't generalize!!

That's why i said some children are privilege or fortunate for that. You can't compare Ajebo children to ghetto children. Their parents do almost everything for them. However, i didn't generalize anything. You only misinterpreted my post.

Don't mind that guy, he is only trying to show off online. Many of them are not who they claimed to be online. What he doesn't know is that there are lots of average Nigerians who sacrifices alot to make their kids live a comfortable life. Not that they are rich but they ensure their kids are comfortable. That was what i saw that inspired my post. We weren't rich but i attended one of the best schools in Lagos State then(Naval School).

Me too. We were 7 siblings in school and no food or pocket money for me.

I had to stare with longer throats when some of my mates were eating. I am not ashamed to admit I came from a poor home and my background has become the biggest motivating factor to my success.
Reason my kids have excess of everything.
