I know it is not easy just thank God, you will overcome.
No advice can help much but agreeing to forgo and move ahead.
Once you can settle that within your self you are good to go.

A lot of respondents are actually misunderstanding this guy to the best of my knowledge. The issue here is not that the wedding was cancelled but that he had thrown away the supposed fiancee's items that can keep her in his mind but he couldn't still seem to move on without her, so I think his called for help now is on how to move on without the lady.

And on social media, especially this platform,men have concluded that they have nothing to benefit from marriage....Marriage is for women.

So you should be happy that you have been stopped from entering into a union that clearly has nothing to offer you.

Unless there is domestic violence (even though I don’t know the reason behind it) but if your hearts are one and together, you both will surmount the challenges.
