Streetinvestor2:EPS of N35 for Okomu versus EPS of N104 for Presco. Presco should sell a a minimum of two and a half times of Okomu |
| Re: Nigerian Stock Exchange Market Pick Alerts by Streetinvestor2: 12:33pm On Feb 03, 2025 |
emmanuelewumi:On a straight line that is what is expected. Then the stock market is not straight. I expect offers for presco by Wednesday..Thr are many stocks here whose price presently does not justify the eps. Therefore for presco to hit 1k go still take time |

toyeoye:Could you add X and Y axes to your plot to facilitate easier comparisons? X axis = Value (You can use logarithmic) Y axis = -12 to 12 |

mikeapollo:Thanks for the feedback! Really glad you find the site helpful. Adding 'Offers' and 'Bids' columns is a great idea, I’ll look into how best to integrate it. Appreciate the suggestion! |

Lowkey its doing me to sell my Presco if I can get 750 for it on Wednesday and then I will come back for it later. I think there might be a dip if the dividend yield is not attractive. I have no use for the funds though Streetinvestor2: |

Sunrisepebble:That thing has been green since last week. Na only God know whats up? |
| Re: Nigerian Stock Exchange Market Pick Alerts by Emndy(m): 1:06pm On Feb 03, 2025 |
Sunrisepebble:Dividend announcement will come probably in the same period with Q1 results. So that dip you are expecting might not realy dip like that due to fantastic Q1 (which will also come with contribution of GOPDC). E go still fly again with Q1 result. Better to hold first, and cast out that spirit of itchy fingers |
| Re: Nigerian Stock Exchange Market Pick Alerts by dapix: 1:11pm On Feb 03, 2025 |
Sunrisepebble:Why dont you wait till tomorrow or wednesday, and sell, then wait for it to dip and come back before dividend and Q1 announcement? Just my advise. |
| Re: Nigerian Stock Exchange Market Pick Alerts by toyeoye(m): 1:13pm On Feb 03, 2025 |
jaybee3:Adding X and Y axes could improve comparability and precision, but it may also introduce complexity that shifts away from StockBubbles' core goal of simplicity and intuitive visualization. Maybe the best bet would be to consider an Optional Toggle to display this... I'd give it more though. Thanks a lot |

toyeoye:This feature is not available via the NGX API. It's also only available to market distributors and will need more time to execute seamlessly. I'd keep this in the to do list. |

dapix:Probably a buyer advising a potential seller, the one you don't chop is ok, let me chop too style.. sadly, presco is not a jijo stock, it's rare seeing it dip significantly, atleast recently especially with the current pe, you are not the only smart guy following presco.. ![]() I bought mine in 2023 ending at 184 and since then, I don't think jijo wouldn't have gone bad..you go out you pay higher to get in..my kobo kobo advice. ![]() |

crownprince2017:Why you never sell to buy more ellah lake.....looking for trouble All na palm oil business..lol |
| Re: Nigerian Stock Exchange Market Pick Alerts by Sunrisepebble: 1:51pm On Feb 03, 2025 |
![]() I'm not a jijoist and FYI I see this at N1K, but I don't think you can go wrong taking profits after strong bulls. I have 85k units bought at an average price of #488 and at #750 i've made 50%+ profit. I don't think it's a bad idea to sell here at all. I was even hoping to add today but market did not allow me. I will most likely not sell on Wednesday because I have no use for the funds. There's no opportunity or value elsewhere for me in the market presently. Its just a consideration crownprince2017: |

Streetinvestor2:Oando Q1 Result will be thunder, deducing from Wale's statement. "Despite a challenging operating environment, we achieved a 45% increase in revenue to ₦4.1 trillion, reflecting the strength of our business model, and a 9% rise in profit after tax to ₦65.5 billion, notwithstanding the costs associated with the onboarding of NAOC." The cost of integrating NAOC depressed profit. https://www.oandoplc.com/press-release/oando-plc-announces-fy-2024-unaudited-results-posts-45-growth-in-revenue-and-n65-5-billion-profit-after-tax |

Streetinvestor2:I don't need to sell to buy more ellahlakes, I still have extra funds doing nothing in my wallet, if ellahlakes come within my killing zone, I will surely add more. I know the potential of oil on the street, the ones I bought for storage return over 100% the funds is currently in my wallet. You will run after ellahlakes at #50 when the time is right bro.... ![]() You can see that some of us are not saying anything about the company, we want you guys to help us depress the price so that we can accumulate.. ![]() Pls help us badmouth it, help our ministry.. |

OKOMUOIL moved officially even with the result. This is a pointer to how far PRESCO should go |
| Re: Nigerian Stock Exchange Market Pick Alerts by Sunrisepebble: 2:25pm On Feb 03, 2025 |
Like Street said its not straight line. Fundamentally Presco is a better company but since I started buying Presco, I think Okomu has gained more than it and I think its because of the 2 or 3 dividend payments for this FY alone. Dont underestimate how much people love dividends unite4real: |

zendi:Finance costs may still wipe off a lot of the profits. Oando still needs to raise equity capital (or find whatever means) to pay off significant chunk of the toxic debts before its profits can have some breathing space |
