I'm not a jijoist and FYI I see this at N1K, but I don't think you can go wrong taking profits after strong bulls. I have 85k units bought at an average price of #488 and at #750 i've made 50%+ profit. I don't think it's a bad idea to sell here at all. I was even hoping to add today but market did not allow me.
I will most likely not sell on Wednesday because I have no use for the funds. There's no opportunity or value elsewhere for me in the market presently. Its just a consideration

Based on the numbers you're working with, not a bad idea to take some gains. Profit is profit, the gains you see today may not be there tomorrow.

There is always money market account to dump your funds while you wait for opportunities, that's pretty much what Buffet is doing at the moment.

Oando still needs to raise equity capital (or find whatever means) to pay off significant chunk of the toxic debts before its profits can have some breathing space

According to Wale, Oando has 1 billion barrels of crude oil underground.

My prayer for Oando and it's upstream mates is for crude oil to remain above $70 a barrel, with all the disruptions around the world, including Trump's policies at home and abroad.

Even assuming there has been no debt reduction since Conoco P, what is $2b debt to an entity sitting on $70b, less production costs. ?

I pray he delays it a bit. Oando is the clearest gamble on the NGX.

It is the surest way to convert ₦50m to ₦75m in a short time on the NGX. Others are just speculation. Oando gains are sure.

Board Meeting outcome is supposed to have been out but maybe it's experiencing some delays due to the bonus issue.
It's still within normal timeframe since AUDITED account is yet to be released.
No rule was violated as yet.

Anyone investing in OANDO should do so because of the enormous future potentials and not primarily because of share distribution........my amateur advice I think.

Its good corporate practice as well as transparency to inform the NGX and investing public about board resolutions, and we see others do that every time with corporate disclosures

The share redistribution was stated as part of their agenda for deliberation during the board meeting. This was stated in their corporate disclosure informing of the board meeting, so it only goes without saying that another disclosure should by now be out with resolutions. Other companies do that everytime, i wonder why Oando should be excused
