Please when did they credit your Zenith shares
I looked at my CSCS statement online to see my portfolio at end of January and saw my zenith had increased by the amount for rights and PO I applied for. Clicked to see more details but no further details came up. Usually one can see further details of when such additions occurred - date and volumes.

The share redistribution was stated as part of their agenda for deliberation during the board meeting. This was stated in their corporate disclosure informing of the board meeting, so it only goes without saying that another disclosure should by now be out with resolutions. Other companies do that everytime, i wonder why Oando should be excused
You can go ask the board. All I know board meeting has taken place for you to see unaudited results which is the most important thing..Why complain over nothing
We have board resolutions pending for long like wapco,IE etc.We have had board resolutions that was never implemented or stayed so long like fbn dividend for last Yr.Thr is no law on time frame for board resolutions to be announced unless the ones ordered by court.
The results is the most important thing because it falls under regulatory watch, time frame and penalties if you default. The board can decide to shift any other agenda another meeting .

They can always steal whatever they want to steal if they are bent on it. And they can distribute as they deem fit. So no worries. But if they have decided to distribute shares they better monetize it to improve profits while giving out something immediately to shareholders also. They can always continue chop profits in fat emoluments etc instead of creditors collecting a larger chunk. Abi OandO is part of the creditors ni.

*FIDSON HEALTHCARE ACHIEVES 27% GROWTH IN FY 2024 PRE-TAX PROFIT AS FULL-YEAR REVENUE HITS N84 BILLION*
Fidson Healthcare PLC has reported a full-year pre-tax profit of N7.5 billion in its recent unaudited financial report, published on the Nigerian Exchange (NGX) on January 30, 2025.
This represents a 27.31% increase from the N5.9 billion reported for 2023, with fourth-quarter pre-tax profit reaching N2.3 billion—an increase of 282.35% from the N627 million reported in the same quarter last year.
In terms of revenue, Q4 saw an increase of 92.96%, totaling N24.4 billion compared to N12.6 billion in the same quarter last year.
Overall, total revenue surged by 58.70% in FY 2024, climbing from N53 billion to N84.1 billion, primarily contributed by ethical goods, which made up 65% of sales, and Over-The-Counter (OTC) products, which accounted for 31.3%.
Key highlights
1) Administrative Expenses: N8.7 billion, +33.31% YoY
2) Cost of Sales: N49.2 billion, +54.09% YoY
3) Finance Costs: N5.4 billion, +161.38% YoY
4) Finance Income: N60 million, +160.87% YoY
5) Gross Profit: N34.9 billion, +65.69% YoY
6) Operating Profit: N12.9 billion, +62.17% YoY
7) Other Gains: N636.7 million, +28.11% YoY
8.) Pre-tax Profit: N7.5 billion, +27.31% YoY
9) Revenue: N84.1 billion, +58.70% YoY
10) Selling and Distribution Expenses: N8.1 billion, +46.37% YoY
Commentary
Fidson Healthcare reported a full-year revenue of N84.1 billion for FY 2024, marking a year-over-year increase of 58.70% from N53 billion in FY 2023.
1) The revenue composition shows that ethical goods accounted for N55 billion, or 65% of total sales, while Over-The-Counter (OTC) products contributed N26.3 billion (31%), with Consumer Healthcare Products making up the remaining N2.8 billion.
However, the cost of sales rose by 54.09% year-over-year, totaling N49.2 billion, up from N31.9 billion in the previous year.
1) The costs associated with ethical goods and OTC products represented a substantial portion of these expenses.
Despite the increased cost of sales, the company’s gross profit surged to N34.9 billion, reflecting a year-over-year increase of 65.69% from N21 billion.
Fidson’s ‘other gains’ increased by 28.11% YoY to N636.7 million, up from N497 million the previous year, primarily due to N468.6 million in amortization of government grants and N153.7 million from scrap sales.
However, administrative expenses rose by 33.31% year-over-year, and selling and distribution (S&d.) expenses climbed 46.37%, with sales expenses representing 53.4% of the total S&d. expenses and logistics accounting for 39.0%.
Despite these cost pressures, the company recorded strong operating profit of N12.9 billion, a 62.17% increase from N7.9 billion reported in the prior year.
In contrast, finance costs spiked by 161.38% YoY to N5.4 billion, largely driven by rising interest on loans and other financial liabilities.
However, finance income saw an increase of 160.87%, reaching N60 million compared to N23 million in 2023, entirely attributed to interest earned on loans and receivables.
Ultimately, Fidson Healthcare reported a full-year pre-tax profit of N7.5 billion, reflecting a 27.31% year-over-year increase from N5.9 billion in the previous year.
Asset position
In FY 2024, Fidson reported total assets of N73.3 billion, reflecting a significant increase from N61.9 billion in 2023.
1) Non-current assets for 2024 amounted to N25.6 billion, up from N23.7 billion the prior year, with property, plant, and equipment constituting a substantial portion at N24.8 billion.
2) Current assets also saw growth, reaching N47.6 billion compared to N38.2 billion in the previous year.
3) This increase was primarily driven by inventories, which totalled N23.9 billion, and prepayments, amounting to N12.5 billion.

The break-down is good but at the end of the day, you have to value it and give a number else, it won't make much meaning to the average investor.
How much does Fidson worth after the financial breakdown?

EPS increased from 20k in 2020 to N6.60k in 2024. That is over 100% compounded annualized earning growth rate

Going forward I assume a compounded annualized earnings growth rate of 30% for the next 5 years

Justified forward PE should not be less than 12
That's over 500B M.Cap in five years?

I want to argue that, but your estimates are very conservative... I think it's possible if Naira doesn't strengthen, cause naira weakness and Covid recovery is the reason behind the high compounded Growth rate we've seen in the past 5 years.

If Naira Remains stable your Estimate will look overstated.

According to you the purported N300 billion revenue forecast in 2029 is not possible.

They made a revenue forecast of N39 billion for 2024 but achieved N53 billion

Presco made a full year EPS forecast of N49 for 2024 but achieved N104

Don't joke with companies that are modest with their projections

Q1 2025 result prove if they still have room for growth.

They make the Nairs equivalent of between $10,000 to $20,000 per foreign aircraft they handle .

They are also diversifying into cargo handling of the exportation of agricultural produce
They both beat their 2024 forecast by high margins because:
They both benefited from Naira losing over 40% in 2024.
For Presco specifically, International Palm Oil price Increased in a lot this year, so it's 2 circular Tailwinds for them.
If Naira remain stable, it will tune down their Music.

I own both businesses and still adding to my position every Month.
