No, I mean like a flat of 4 bedrooms down, and another flat of 4 bedrooms up. The top flat will be separate from the down flat. I currently do not have a building plan

It all depends on the government. If they can tame the dollar crisis and provide the foreign currency for imports, or ramp up local production. It will reduce cement prices.
