The Edo State Ministry of Education is pleased to announce the launch of its 2025 Teachers Recruitment exercise, aimed at improving the education system in Basic and Secondary Schools across the state.

Eligibility

To qualify, applicants must meet the following requirements
1. Hold relevant teaching qualifications, such as NCE, B.Ed, B.Sc.Ed, B.A Ed, PGDE, or M.Ed.
2. Be an indigene of Edo State, as selected candidates will be assigned to schools in their Local Government Areas of origin.
3. Be no older than 40 years. Age declarations must be at least six months old
4. Possess a valid certification from the Teachers Registration Council of Nigeria (TRCN).
This recruitment drive is a call to passionate and qualified educators to join hands in transforming the future of education in Edo State.

Available Positions
The recruitment exercise will focus on filling positions in the following categories:1. Basic schools teachers
2. Secondary School Teachers:
Category A – English Language Teachers
Category B – Mathematics Teachers
Category C – Science Teachers
Category D- Information Communication Technology (ICT)
Category E – Social Sciences


The opportunity is limited to Edo State indigenes...
