Do you feel bad each time someone disrespects you and you beat up the person ?especially when the person is a kid - even a junior and you react aggressively and hits the person.

I feel terrible each time and feck me for being an abuser.

I want to apologise to the universe for being a let down.

I need to really tone down on my anger and really do better when next I am dealing with a troublesome junior.
