I do not think they have any intention to sell off their holdings in ARADEL so long may 'the loot' continue...

It's probably a one off .. loot from aradel investment.. hoping they'll give a bountiful payout as dividend which will drive price up steeply.. maybe scrip issue fit join too. That profit for 2024 is too juicy for them not to give we shareholders something gbemulicious

Please reconfirm this Info. From what i checked, It's Aradel who Owns about 2.7B shares in CONHALL, not the other way around.

Please correct me if I'm wrong and kindly point me to the right source of your Info.

I hold conhall. Bought when I saw the aradel "heist". I am merely saying I think the massive stock split when moving from NASD to Stock Exchange accounted for the huge profit of conhall.. while aradel will continue to contribute to conhall's profitability, I don't think such huge profit will come within a year again.. I stand to be corrected though...

Modified: if the exceptional profit is due ONLY to dividend from aradel shares and has nothing to do with the stock split then such humongous profit will probably be a yearly thing

I cannot find this in the Conhall PLC report. 2.7B units of Conhall is significantly above 25% of their total 10.8B units of OS
