Thank you for your comments. I read all 3. I appreciate the politeness and you taking your time to carefully address all that you addressed. I may not be able to quote Rabbi's posts, but I was referring to his excellent forecasts about NGX; I acknowledge your angle.

I'm not being emotional. I enjoy reading opinions, counter-views, arguments, experience and all informative posts on here, just like many people. I have quoted your brilliant posts in the past, so I learn from them.

It is entertaining and informing to listen to two people argue about which is better between Honda and Toyota, but the moment either debater focuses on driving home the point that the other camp is blind or not knowledgeable, the argument becomes personal and distasteful.

An adage says: Ogbon o'logbon ni kii je ki a pe agbalagba ni were. Drops of knowledge from each one of us here will make an ocean of knowledge that benefits us rather than a reason for calling an outsider an ignorant fellow.
My apologies for my aggression—I learned to talk like that here. You are absolutely right. Behind my slightly belligerent demeanor is a genuinely humane and respectful person. This online persona is just a social experiment. I would never speak to you like that in the real world. But here, in cyberspace, anything goes.

One love, brother! I apologize if my posts sounded unkind too.
Never doubted that you're humane and respectful. Please continue to be you and never stop enlightening us with your posts.
It is fun to read when you pull the legs of our honorable ladies on the forum, so I understand the social experiment grin

Thanks so much for the info, you are highly appreciated.
I am learning seriously, when I grow up I go like to be like una grin

Please what's your advice for PZ and soon Unity Bank. Load or watch first?
If you're a risk taker, buy some Unity when suspension is lifted.
Pick at bargain entry.

As for PZ, one of my Ogas here say make I no talk yet.... 😁 ...but I've been referencing it long before now anyway.

Everything in this market get their own time and season joor. Just imagine when I was busy heavily loading HONEYWELL at below #1 and IKEJA HOTEL a little above #1 people gave up on them but I saw value...

I taught a lot of people here how to make money in this market by becoming both investors and gamble traders at same time grin

DS and NS time go come but many would have finally given up on them?

One thing is certain always forget the noise makers... Focus on money, more money and build your NETWORTH 😘

No nah. You know I read and respect your opinions. My question was, Why invest now?

Okay, let me offer why not now, then tell me where I'm wrong: That the stock is trading on Presco stardust that will dissipate soon; that their most prized assets, oil palm seedlings, are 5-8 years from peak production; and that the company effectively has zero revenue and is burning through cash.
People most times buy early to avoid the potential stock being priced in before time.
Cuz all eyes are on agriculture and one cant easily compete at entry price with the crowd watching keenly when it will tick green.
Same thing I think happening to Oil sectors.
Re: Nigerian Stock Exchange Market Pick Alerts by BullBearMkt(m): 6:42pm On Feb 13, 2025
WATCH-OUT FOR INDUSTRIAL SECTOR STOCKS
The Industrial Sector Index has been under bearish pressure since February 2024. However, over the past 4 - 5 months, the decline has slowed as bullish interest starts to creep in. If February 2025 can close strongly - especially with a close above 3624.70 - it would signal that industrial stocks, currently facing selling pressure, are poised for another rally to the upside.

Lol in French. Thr will always be enough time to buy good sound stock when the numbers show face.why didn't some people buy some insurance companies. They started buy when the numbers changed. Some are buying because they are gambling simple.

When did you see 30-35 pre split.
And you are talking of sound stock that has been making revenue/profit since inception to something I don't know whr to start for now.
I have learnt my lesson since I am not in partnership with my village people from sugar. I will not even keep any stock again that has straight two quater progressive bad results.
Unless for jijo I will not touch any stock with bad results.I don't need any stock that will be Andrew liver salt in my portfolio because it lacks foundation. I did not gamble to get the money. I do serious active businesses for the cash.
Once any stock in my investment portfolio has 2 progressive detorating quater results. ...it is gone even oando .
If the person was serious and not follow follow. He should have bought long when the stock was at below #10 for long. Why wait to chase the stock when on the move.
Look at transcorp plc after reconstruction. It was stable for 42/43.You wait to chase it at #60 and above...nobi juju be dat

If they do go into upstream. Do you think it will be with this listed entity. All these downstream players seem like they don’t like sharing the upstream business with Nigerian shareholders. Conoil, Total, MRS, 11plc, I think even NIPCO are going into or have upstream assets but it’s only the downstream company that is listed
