Hello guys,

Please I need help, I sent a parcel to China through the postal office on the 26th of last month October 2023 and till now I and the receiver has not been able to track the parcel it says invalid tracking number. Please what could be the issue and how do I go about it please it’s very urgent

Please I need help!… I was supposed to receive a parcel in warri from Sweden since 2 weeks ago. The courier service chose Nipost to send my parcel to me. Now the tracking status says it’s in domestic bag in Lagos. I am working with a deadline, and have till next tuesday . I already got into Lagos today and will like to collect the parcel my self from their office in lagos. Is it possible to do that? Since I won’t be in warri to receive the parcel for now?
The parcel is still in lagos as at today.

I live in Port Harcourt and it doesn't look like this package is even on its way here

It finally showed as landed in Nigeria.
The tracking and shipping was really bizzare.

Hello, please I have my order delivery to Nigeria from Aliexpress and it's due to be delivered on or before 10th of March using Nigerian mail post service. I'm able to track it and it's saying IMPC AIR inserted the item to a bag and this was on the 25th of last month. I still haven't seen a new update on my package and I don't know how long it will take to take my package to my state(kwara state). Since it's been inserted to a bag I believe it will be out on transit to kwara but I see no update and the date for the delivery to expire is getting so close. Please I need help on information about this movement of items from LAGOS IMPC AIR to Kwara state and to me since I don't live in Ilorin which is our Capital. Thank you

It can take up to a month. Visit the PO closest to your home address next week.

My item has been like this since 25th of February. So frustrating.

I just want to know have anybody have make use of NIPOST to dispatch goods from Nigeria to China successfully and how long did it take?

I have a package in transit now for over 21days and the status as not changed from departed country of origin and annoying thing is I have deadline for the package to get to China

nothing works in these dead country. Because of the slow /no update I lost my refunds for these goods because NIPOST could not deliver within 30days and annoying thing. It is still stuck at departed country status maybe their staffs don steal the package sef person no know

I need help, someone should help me tell NIPOST Ijesha Lagos to refund my money. It over one year they claimed my refund has been approved and I’m yet to see it.

2 items was sent by my brother to Oman by Mr Emeka from your office in ljesha post office Lagos to Muscat Sultanate of Oman on the 30th of August, 2024 for me.
Nipost ijesha staff made a mistake and sent my items to Saudi Arabia instead of Oman . those items arrived in Saudi Arabia on the the 18th and now those items has been sent back to Lagos since on the 24th of September.
I requested for refund so that i can use another courier Nipost Ijesha staff insisted on reshiping the items which they did and it still went to Saudi Arabia instead of Oman. And was later sent back to Nigeria and most of my food stuffs got spoiled for the second time. I did not charge Nipost for my food that got spoiled as a result of the delivery taking longer than expected.
I only requested for a refund of the service charge of 300k they collected from me. According to the madam Ife (Nipost staff) the money has been approved and up till today I have not gotten my money. It over 1 year now.
