Not true, the love of a woman ( especially a naive, unexposed and innocent one) is genuine, pure, real and unhidden. It usually looks like women moved on easily because, those period you people were having repeated issues/quarrels, especially when she kept on emphasising on what you do that she hates but no changes or your on and off break ups and make ups, she was already detached emotionally. If the man is observant enough, he will notice the changes in her behaviour, which most usually ignores, during that period she has moved on already ,though she's still available in the relationship physically, you discuss, go out etc. Now when the cat is finally let loose and the break up is announced, the guy is heart broken and just trying to move on, but it is the opposite for the other gender. She was already long gone. Women are truly emotional beings.

There was a time my girl and I broke up. We broke up because she wanted a marriageable commitment, and I wasn't economically ready. She kept on with me but the pressure from her parent was something else. It got to a point that I began to pity her cus she could not go to her parent's house; she had to go and live with a friend. She no wan lose me. Much later, We had a long discussion about our relationship and I gave her my blessings. We broke up. Afterwards, It was as if the gate of men were opened. Mesuitors trooped in, including my friends that were secret admirer.
She made her choice and got married. I congratulated her.

She told one of our mutuals how she missed me badly.

After two months of our distance, I began to think of her. The thought first hit me during a business transaction with a lady who looked exactly like her. Infact, a friend asked if the customer was my ex twin sister.

Anyway, the thought started building up. Then one day, I sat down in my room, reason about Elon Musk, Sam Altman, Davido, Burnaby, Rema, and my Late Dad. I realised that I am a broke guy. Nothing to show for anything. I realised how worthless and poor I was. Nothing to show for my life. The pain made me to hate myself and all women on earth as if they were the cause of my misery. Since that day, my remaining two girls usually beg to see me. I hustled like hell; 24 hours was not enough for me. A week or two may go by without making a dime but, I loved myself then. That was what helped me. Broo, I don't like women as much as they love me, but I rather think of how to buy the best Calvin Klein do girls then. I went to my default state on women and that was the last straw.

You are human and what you're going through is normal. With time you will heal and her site will not disturb you.

If she was really into you, then in no time her current relationship will experience emotional rebound.

I advice you wait a bit more and don't rush into any relationship, to avoid emotional rebound. Try to keep yourself preoccupied. If you don't have work, look for a place and volunteer. Just do anything to distract yourself. This is also not the time to make alcohol your best friend, it will rather cause more damage.

Anything emotion requires time to take care of itself, just like it took time to build.

Your feelings are normal. All you can do now is to distract yourself. Start working out on a regular schedule. Try hanging out with friends often and start talking to other girls. If you do these things ontop your everyday schedules one day you will realise she didn't even crossed your mind. Sorry bro and best of luck while healing.

These things happen, don't let it change your personality but see it as an agent for growth. Aside from deleting every possible memory of her in your archive, get busy, really busy, not because of her but because this present energy if well utilised will guarantee you some stability. Enroll in a training and give yourself a very tight schedule. Make sure everyday counts and in few months from now, you will be a fulfilled person. Keeping a healthy relationship has a lot to do with the emotional state of both parties, looks like you need to discover yourself first - keep on working on you, you will be well.

2. I dated mine for 6 years!
Now, I will strongly advise you to not lose sight of the female nature. She has moved on. The only time she MAY look your way is if she knows you have moved on and doing way better and with a better person.

You are still in love with the experience; the person you shared that experience with is in bed with another man currently creating another experience for herself.
