That could be your only issue.. if it's vibrating then it's your ignition coils

First scan, then check the following

1. Check catalyst. It could be blocked. Scanners may not pick it
2. Check your air filter. It may be blocked (too dirty)
3. Is the nozzle spraying well and Your fuel pump.
4. Check your timing chain. It could have missed a notch. It will still work but terribly

if catalyst is blocked, it will make the car misfire and will be going off when hot, since the car isn't going off and just idling when accelerating, that can't be the cause...

Carry motor go ladipo and solve your problem once and for all. Stop using roadside mechanic.

Please run a scan of your car and check the brain box. I suggest the coil housing the plugs be checked also

When catalysts block, it usually is partial. If it is fully blocked, the car will not even start!

If you don't, you will just be doing trial n error

Buy this tool from jiji asap. Xtool ad20pro. It's a car scanner that connects to your phone and trust me it will make things easier for you.
Black smoke, throttle lag. It's definitely a combustion issue. Could range from your fuel rail sensor to your fuel injectors. Might even just be a MAF sensor. But make sure you scan it yourself before taking it to a mechanic. I learnt that the hard way. I took my car to a mechanic, it had a broken tensioner. I bought a brand new tensioner and the goat damaged my engine for a 40k job. I had to buy a new top half engine for 800k just because he did not know where the tensioner was located and went to remove the timing chain and couldn't time it back and bent all my valves.
Since then I just bought this scanner and fix my car myself.
You can find a the tutorials on YouTube on how to fix them once your know the fault. And get a small toolbox kit too

since you've changed all those things, check if the plugs are not fake because most new plugs are fake, the main culprit is brain box. If you can get someone to give you brain box and test it, if it work fine then pay for it. Try and get the plugs loosen from direct bengium engine and put it. Lobatan

go to your mechanic

check the air sensor or the oxygen sensor

Two things can only be the sole cause.
1- a faulty throttle body or throttle body sensor
2. The E.C.U - brain box

Just change the coil. I had the same experience last week
