Not that I am "celebrating" it

You didn't even take a look at the "unfortunately" remark I put there
Because again
Beyond your comprehension and pay grade

RodgersAkpafu:
you didn't answer my question
the shyteholes had no reference to you
You misinterpreted that

The sheetholes I was referring to were Belarus and Moldova
The only two countries that are Russian aligned
I was.doing a comparison between Baltic states, who they aligned with and where they are now as per conditions SAFETY and economy.

That was my point
I wonder where you got that interpretation from

And to answer your last question
Yea I actually do check round the block for my news
And I know right wing BS when I see it
And a lot of news from twitter and hundeyin et al in recent times have been bonkers and bollocks

Even making reference to this goes to show that you are neck deep in the right wing echo chamber because that is the EXACT language they all use on that space
Take this rubbish to politics thread or I report You to seun. Tnx

A dreg and riffraff that has functioned at the second arm of Nigerian governance for 4yrs? Where I have functioned in this life, nobody in your village has attained that height.

You think everyone here is your mate? Return to Nigeria and hustle like your mates. Lazy boy. I will make sure U receive indefinite ban.

So the first thing I'm going advise you is that by default...
Equities market is most times a long term investment
And especially for beginners
It's not a "get rich quick scheme"

So whatever money u are setting aside for this, ensure that it's money you can forgo for a while.
At this stage of your life
What you need to build is the investment habit and you are on the right path

As for the choice of stocks to buy...
I'll say for now, buy a sprinkle of Zenith
then buy treasuries as well
the Treasury bill side to bamboo have interesting rates and is a good way to start

This thread is funny 😀. When it comes to debates about our political economy and the effects of Tinubu’s policies on the general economy (which even includes the stock market), we are quickly told that we are derailing but I have been reading several pages of Putin, Russia, NATO here. While that also relates to oil prices and the economy, the previous debate especially on policies affecting the naira was on topic as well, or wasn’t it?

You know how inflammatory discussing politics in Nigeria can be. It's a slippery slope that should be avoided.

Add Ellahlakes for future above inflation growth.
Add UBA for getting some income while growing small small. I like it because it should have a strong support at N35

If people can be at each other's throat because of faraway Ukraine and Russia, what they can do to each other is best imagined in a political discussion on Nigeria 🇳🇬

RodgersAkpafu:
An American president who is acting like a Russian bot is not one to be doing deals with
That is why I am very happy that both Canada and Europe is bucking the USA

Peace on Russian terms is a wrong precedence
The price of peace is just as important as peace itself
Flagrant disregard for Europe by America is what has led to this impasse we are at today, when it comes to Ukraine, something that has NEVER happened in over 80 years plus.

Let's see what the outcome of "ordering Ukraine out of the White House" will have in the coming weeks, as per the bolded above
Trump cam kiss that deal goodbye.
Because even if (highly unlikely) Zelensky agreed
The parliament back home will NOT ratify, making the deal null.

But we have an illiterate when it comes to diplomacy and foreign relations occupying the white house

And one dimensional, third world thinking people cheering the clown on as he dances naked.

And one more thing
The question Russia should asl itself Is WHY are all its neighbours wary of it?
Putin has spent billions whitewashing Russia image via propaganda et al but still the surrounding states are largely not cool with them, with the exception of shyteholes like Belarus and Moldova

Yea, you got that right
I'm not religious
Ukraine is now under Martial law, therefore all parliamentary/civil legal processes are suspended

The fact that you missed this point shows that you have been misinformed about this crisis
